Termini come sistemi cyber-fisici e Internet-of-Things entrano in gioco qui. Secondo un recente studio di Gartner, 21.000 miliardi di dispositivi saranno connessi via internet entro il 2020. I robot software stanno prendendo sempre pi\u00f9 il sopravvento sui compiti di routine, per esempio nelle risorse umane o nell'industria finanziaria. Questo sviluppo sta cambiando il nostro lavoro e i processi di lavoro corrispondenti in larga misura, ma anche i requisiti per le qualifiche e le competenze dei dipendenti. Benvenuti nel mondo del lavoro 4.0. In parte gi\u00e0 una realt\u00e0, in parte in arrivo.<\/p>\n<p>Il progresso tecnologico offre sempre rischi ma anche opportunit\u00e0. Quali sono le sfide per la protezione della salute e la gestione olistica della salute sul lavoro di fronte a questo enorme cambiamento? I casi di problemi di salute mentale continuano ad aumentare cos\u00ec rapidamente? Come sono le collaborazioni uomo-robot sicure? Quali sono le risposte attuali al lavoro futuro?
