(Immagine: Fotolia.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'attuazione dell'obbligo di notifica del posto di lavoro - una misura legata all'attuazione dell'iniziativa sull'immigrazione di massa, che mira a dare priorit\u00e0 ai cittadini svizzeri per i posti vacanti - sta causando critiche, soprattutto nel settore della ristorazione, come mostra un recente sondaggio dell'associazione di settore GastroSuisse. Gli intervistati hanno criticato i costi elevati per le aziende e la qualit\u00e0 dei dossier inviati dal RAV. L'indagine ha anche rivelato che i RAV non rispettano le scadenze previste dalla legge. L'industria dell'ospitalit\u00e0, come settore ad alta intensit\u00e0 di lavoro con pi\u00f9 di 200.000 dipendenti, \u00e8 particolarmente dipendente da un'implementazione praticabile dell'obbligo di notifica del lavoro. Secondo l'indagine, in soli due mesi e mezzo, il 26,4 % delle aziende intervistate ha gi\u00e0 segnalato almeno un lavoro al RAV.<\/p>\n<h2>I difetti sono evidenti<\/h2>\n<p>Le esperienze dei membri di GastroSuisse sono contrastanti: il 57,8 % \u00e8 moderatamente o per niente soddisfatto delle prestazioni delle REO. Criticano il grande sforzo e il basso tasso di successo. I dossier che ricevono spesso non corrispondono al profilo di lavoro. Ben oltre la met\u00e0 dei file inviati dai REO (54,8 %) non erano adatti. I REO sono stati in grado di riempire solo uno su sette-otto dei posti vacanti segnalati (13,7 %). La qualit\u00e0 dei dossier potrebbe essere migliorata affinando la nomenclatura professionale. Il tipo di occupazione \"personale di cucina\", per esempio, include erroneamente sia personale qualificato che non qualificato. \"C'\u00e8 una grave carenza di cuochi formati. Tuttavia, i posti vacanti devono essere segnalati. Dove sono tutti i cuochi disoccupati se nemmeno la RAV pu\u00f2 fornire dossier adeguati?\" si chiede Casimir Platzer, presidente di GastroSuisse e albergatore a Kandersteg.<\/p>\n<h2>Tempi di attesa troppo lunghi<\/h2>\n<p>Anche i tempi di attesa a volte molto lunghi nel processo di reclutamento sono insufficienti. Solo un'azienda ha ricevuto una conferma immediata di ricezione dal RAV (0,6 %). Ma questo \u00e8 esattamente ci\u00f2 che GastroSuisse richiede per ridurre i tempi di attesa. Perch\u00e9 solo a questo punto inizia il periodo di blocco di cinque giorni, durante il quale i datori di lavoro non possono pubblicizzare il lavoro pubblicamente. Anche il tempo tra la conferma di ricezione e la consegna dei dossier \u00e8 chiaramente troppo lungo: il 43,4 % delle imprese ha dovuto aspettare 4 giorni o pi\u00f9, superando cos\u00ec il termine legale di 3 giorni. In totale, un terzo delle aziende intervistate (33,3 %) che hanno finalmente ricevuto un dossier hanno dovuto aspettare 8 giorni o pi\u00f9 dal momento della notifica del lavoro. Per la 8.3 % ci sono voluti addirittura pi\u00f9 di 14 giorni. L'industria dell'ospitalit\u00e0 ha fluttuazioni relativamente alte nella forza lavoro, che devono essere compensate rapidamente.
