Recentemente, un membro del team di gestione di uno dei miei clienti mi ha chiesto come dovrebbe reagire quando il suo capo si addormenta durante la riunione e anche altri colleghi dimostrano disinteresse. Non ho dovuto pensare a lungo per la risposta, poich\u00e9 questo fenomeno in una forma simile (a volte meno evidente) non \u00e8 affatto raro nelle PMI. (Nota: in questo caso \u00e8 difficilmente dovuto agli argomenti noiosi). Ecco la mia contro-domanda: \"Come reagireste tra amici se succedesse una cosa del genere?\". La risposta \u00e8 facile: \"Fate una battuta su questo\". Oppure: \"Vai dalla persona, dalle una bella pacca sulla spalla e dille qualcosa come 'Beh, hai fatto festa troppo a lungo anche ieri sera?<\/p>\n

Le cose che facciamo tra amici...<\/h2>\n

\u00c8 incredibile: cosa non facciamo tra amici? Ci divertiamo, ci fidiamo l'uno dell'altro, diamo un feedback onesto, ci perdoniamo a vicenda, lottiamo insieme per i nostri sogni e non vediamo l'ora di passare il nostro tempo insieme. E quando lavoriamo insieme su obiettivi che sono importanti per tutti noi, un'incredibile energia e passione pu\u00f2 dispiegarsi. Non so voi, ma io ricordo ancora momenti come quello.<\/p>\n

Ecco il punto: perch\u00e9 non ci comportiamo allo stesso modo durante il nostro lavoro? Perch\u00e9 troppo spesso passiamo a un altro programma non appena siamo al lavoro? Naturalmente, ci sono molte ragioni per fare proprio questo, e per vedere il nostro lavoro come un-amico<\/em><\/strong>lich, per vedere un ambiente straniero. E quindi fare esattamente il contrario di quello che faremmo tra amici.<\/p>\n

Creare un ambiente \"amichevole<\/h2>\n

La buona notizia: questo pu\u00f2 essere cambiato. Ecco il controprogramma (cio\u00e8 come si pu\u00f2 fare un amico<\/em><\/strong>ambiente):<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Proiezione<\/strong>. Pensa ai tuoi colleghi, ai tuoi manager e ai tuoi clienti come a degli amici di lunga data: Come li accoglieresti al mattino? Vuoi essere rilassato e informale? Faresti un commento simpatico? Come vuoi: fai proprio questo al lavoro!<\/li>\n
  2. Umorismo<\/strong>. La seriet\u00e0 per ore raramente si adatta al modo di interagire degli amici. Invece, gli amici ridono insieme. Porta il divertimento e l'umorismo in ufficio! Siamo persone, non macchine.<\/li>\n
  3. Fiducia<\/strong>. Supponete per un momento di potervi fidare completamente dei vostri colleghi. Allora comportati di conseguenza. Semplicemente non c'\u00e8 un'alternativa ragionevole a questo (tranne il lavoro forzato).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Il vostro tempo di lavoro \u00e8 un tempo prezioso della vita, e una quantit\u00e0 considerevole di esso. Puoi scegliere se vuoi passarlo tra \"estranei\" o tra amici. La tua decisione si irradia a coloro che ti circondano.<\/p>\n
