Anche se non dispongono di dipartimenti HR specializzati, devono gestire compiti complessi come la contabilit\u00e0 delle retribuzioni, la conformit\u00e0, la fidelizzazione dei dipendenti e la pianificazione del personale. La necessit\u00e0 di agire \u00e8 altrettanto elevata: l'acquisizione e la fidelizzazione dei talenti sono priorit\u00e0 strategiche per molte aziende, ma nella pratica i team HR spesso lavorano ancora con soluzioni isolate o processi manuali, che richiedono molto tempo e sono soggetti a errori.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Perch\u00e9 il software HR sta diventando indispensabile per le PMI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La crescente complessit\u00e0 del mondo del lavoro, con modelli on-site, remoti e ibridi, pone nuove esigenze ai processi HR. Il software HR basato sul cloud raggruppa i processi centralizzati, consente l'accesso indipendente dalla sede e garantisce la gestione sicura dei dati sensibili.
