L'intelligenza artificiale determina sempre pi\u00f9 il successo professionale. Per gli studenti, questa non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 una visione lontana, ma una realt\u00e0 viva. Lo dimostra un sondaggio condotto dalla business school HSO su oltre 600 studenti attivi: Chi padroneggia l'intelligenza artificiale ottiene un vantaggio decisivo, chi la ignora resta indietro.<\/p>\n

L'intelligenza artificiale fa da tempo parte della vita quotidiana<\/h3>\n

Gli strumenti di intelligenza artificiale sono un compagno quotidiano per la maggior parte degli studenti. Primo fra tutti ChatGPT (580 menzioni), seguito da DeepL Write, Microsoft Copilot e Google Gemini. L'intelligenza artificiale viene utilizzata ovunque contino efficienza, qualit\u00e0 e velocit\u00e0: per la ricerca di informazioni (441 menzioni), nella comunicazione professionale (445), per l'apprendimento e la preparazione agli esami (415) e per il brainstorming (391).<\/p>\n

\u00abPer i nostri studenti, l'IA fa da tempo parte della loro vita lavorativa quotidiana. \u00c8 uno strumento che rende il lavoro pi\u00f9 efficiente, pi\u00f9 strutturato e pi\u00f9 veloce\u00bb, afferma Michael Segrada, Head of Comprehensive School HSO. \u00abL'IA non sostituisce le conoscenze specialistiche, ma determina sempre pi\u00f9 il grado di produttivit\u00e0 e di connessione di una persona nel suo lavoro quotidiano\u00bb.\u00bb<\/p>\n

La formazione continua diventa un obbligo di carriera<\/h3>\n

Il 78% degli studenti \u00e8 convinto che l'IA abbia gi\u00e0 cambiato i requisiti professionali. Un'ulteriore formazione mirata \u00e8 essenziale per la competitivit\u00e0 a lungo termine. Ci\u00f2 aumenta anche la richiesta agli istituti di istruzione di insegnare le competenze in materia di IA in modo sistematico, pratico e responsabile.<\/p>\n

\u00abLe competenze di intelligenza artificiale non sono un optional, ma un prerequisito fondamentale per una connettivit\u00e0 professionale sostenibile\u00bb, afferma Thomas Grosser, responsabile della gestione dei programmi di studio.<\/p>\n

Grandi aspettative, ma nessuna fiducia cieca<\/h3>\n

Quasi tutti gli intervistati prevedono che l'IA cambier\u00e0 radicalmente l'apprendimento e il lavoro nei prossimi cinque anni. Allo stesso tempo, l'indagine mostra un quadro riflesso: i contenuti generati dall'IA godono di una fiducia moderata o elevata, ma non cieca, da parte della maggioranza. Il pensiero critico rimane centrale per gli studenti.<\/p>\n

La paura pi\u00f9 grande: la disinformazione, non la tecnologia<\/h3>\n

Le maggiori preoccupazioni degli studenti non riguardano l'IA come tecnologia, ma le sue conseguenze sociali. Al primo posto c'\u00e8 la disinformazione, seguita dalla manipolazione mirata attraverso i deepfakes. La potenziale perdita di posti di lavoro \u00e8 menzionata molto meno frequentemente, ma \u00e8 comunque rilevante.<\/p>\n

\u00abI risultati mostrano una notevole maturit\u00e0 nell'affrontare l'IA\u00bb, afferma Michael Segrada. \u00abGli studenti vedono l'enorme potenziale, ma si aspettano regole chiare, trasparenza e responsabilit\u00e0. Questo \u00e8 esattamente il punto in cui vediamo il nostro ruolo come istituzione educativa\u00bb.\u00bb<\/p>\n
