Uno studio su 3.235 comunicati stampa del pi\u00f9 grande portale tedesco di PR Presseportal.de mostra differenze importanti: i testi che riguardano l'intrattenimento sono di facile comprensione. Settori importanti come la sanit\u00e0, invece, utilizzano spesso un linguaggio ufficiale complicato.<\/p>\n<p>Lo studio del produttore di strumenti di analisi testuale Wortliga, con sede a Monaco di Baviera, ha analizzato i testi di 109 aree tematiche presenti su Presseportal.de nel novembre 2025. Il risultato: solo circa un testo su tre (33%) ha ottenuto un risultato buono o accettabile in termini di leggibilit\u00e0. Al contrario, il 55% dei messaggi \u00e8 solo moderatamente comprensibile e quasi il 12% rientra nella fascia critica sotto i 40 punti.<\/p>\n<h3>Gli argomenti critici non passano<\/h3>\n<p>La differenza tra gli argomenti \u00e8 molto ampia: i testi sul tema dell'intrattenimento (\u00abspettacolo\u00bb) sono i pi\u00f9 chiari con 63,8 punti. Le comunicazioni degli ospedali hanno ottenuto il punteggio peggiore, con soli 36,4 punti. Gli autori utilizzano spesso frasi passive ingombranti, soprattutto quando la fiducia \u00e8 particolarmente importante.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/verteilung.jpg\" alt=\"Bianco, testo, carattere\" \/><figcaption>Fonte: zvg<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00abStiamo riscontrando un'enorme lacuna\u00bb, spiega Gidon Wagner, amministratore delegato di Wortliga. \u00abSoprattutto in aree sensibili come la salute, la finanza o i temi di crisi, i mittenti - forse involontariamente - si nascondono dietro frasi annidate e stile nominale. Gli autori usano il linguaggio come strumento per prendere le distanze, piuttosto che come ponte verso il lettore\u00bb.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00c8 un grosso problema quando argomenti importanti come la salute o la finanza non raggiungono le persone con un linguaggio incomprensibile\u00bb, afferma Wagner. \u00abUn punteggio di leggibilit\u00e0 di 36,4 per i comunicati stampa degli ospedali \u00e8 segno di una comunicazione molto carente. I lettori e i giornalisti hanno bisogno di fatti chiari invece di frasi lunghe e complicate\u00bb.\u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>La complessit\u00e0 degli argomenti non \u00e8 una scusa<\/h3>\n<p>I dati smentiscono l'idea che argomenti complessi richiedano testi complicati. Anche argomenti secchi come il \u00abprezzo del carburante\u00bb si collocano ai primi posti nello studio. Tuttavia, colpisce il fatto che pi\u00f9 la notizia \u00e8 sgradevole (ad esempio, le insolvenze), pi\u00f9 le frasi diventano lunghe e burocratiche - a scapito della trasparenza, della fiducia e della portata delle redazioni.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/ueberblick.jpg\" alt=\"Blu, Schermata\" \/><figcaption>Fonte: zvg<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>I risultati in sintesi<\/h3>\n<p>L'analisi basata sulla formula word league (scala 0-100) mostra i vincitori e i vinti in termini di qualit\u00e0 della comunicazione:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Top 5 categorie (migliore comprensibilit\u00e0):<\/strong> Spettacolo (punteggio: 63,8), Bundesliga (punteggio: 62,7), produzione televisiva (punteggio: 62,5), prezzi del carburante (punteggio: 62,5), celebrit\u00e0 (punteggio: 61,5)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flop 5 categorie (peggiore comprensibilit\u00e0):<\/strong> Ambiente (punteggio: 37,4), trasporto aereo (punteggio: 37,3), giurisdizione (punteggio: 37,2), logistica (punteggio: 36,9), ospedale (punteggio: 36,4)<\/p>\n<p>Lo studio consiglia alle aziende di scrivere con meno nomi, pi\u00f9 verbi e frasi pi\u00f9 brevi.
