A questo scopo, sono stati intervistati pi\u00f9 di 200 leader IT e decisori aziendali di grandi e medie imprese nei paesi di lingua tedesca. Lo studio empirico determina come l'IT in questi paesi si svilupper\u00e0 probabilmente nei prossimi dieci anni. Su questa base, fornisce un quadro preciso degli obiettivi organizzativi per un'azienda digitale e agile e fa raccomandazioni concrete di azione per l'implementazione operativa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La digitalizzazione \u00e8 una questione che riguarda il capo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pi\u00f9 del 50 per cento delle aziende intervistate prendono gi\u00e0 in considerazione i temi della digitalizzazione e dell'Internet of Things (IoT) nello sviluppo e nell'implementazione della loro strategia aziendale, solo il 20 per cento circa non ha piani in questo senso. La rilevanza che ne deriva si riflette anche nella responsabilit\u00e0: la stragrande maggioranza vede ancora la responsabilit\u00e0 generale per la pianificazione e l'attuazione di progetti IoT con il loro CEO, e solo una responsabilit\u00e0 parziale con il CIO. Lo studio contraddice quindi la tendenza spesso postulata verso un proprio CDO (Chief Digital Officer).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Necessit\u00e0 di strutture pi\u00f9 agili nell'azienda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo studio mostra anche che mentre pi\u00f9 dell'80% degli intervistati considera le strutture agili importanti o molto importanti per la digitalizzazione di un'azienda, allo stesso tempo meno del 25% della propria azienda lavora gi\u00e0 in strutture agili. Per il futuro, qui ci si aspetta solo una quota tra il 25 e il 50%. \"Questo \u00e8 tanto pi\u00f9 sorprendente in quanto ci si sarebbe aspettato un cambiamento pi\u00f9 forte nella direzione dei principi agili, perch\u00e9 le aziende dovranno operare in due \"modi di funzionamento\" in futuro: Devono continuare a offrire prestazioni affidabili nel core business, ma anche la centralit\u00e0 del cliente<\/p>\n<p>Forza innovativa e velocit\u00e0, come le conosciamo dalle start-up. E questo \u00e8 possibile solo con strutture agili\", dice Carsten Glohr, Managing Partner di Detecon ed esperto di strategie di digitalizzazione, valutando i risultati dello studio. Le aziende dovrebbero quindi stabilire l'agilit\u00e0 non solo nei processi, ma anche coerentemente nella struttura organizzativa, formando team digitali in rete e trasversali, consiglia Detecon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maggiore richiesta di dipendenti qualificati<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Secondo i partecipanti allo studio, l'IoT non sta distruggendo posti di lavoro, al contrario. Lo studio mostra: Al contrario, l'automazione e la digitalizzazione stanno creando una notevole crescita del personale nelle aziende. Questo \u00e8 previsto fino al dieci per cento all'anno. Le unit\u00e0 di business come il servizio, la logistica e la produzione, supportate da modelli cloud e software-as-a-service, stanno sempre pi\u00f9 rivendicando la sovranit\u00e0 sull'IT per ragioni strategiche. Secondo lo studio, questo sviluppo pu\u00f2 essere attualmente osservato nell'ambiente di marketing per quanto riguarda l'IT dei prodotti.
