Gli studi di Gallup dimostrano da anni che i team sono molto pi\u00f9 impegnati e produttivi quando i manager formulano aspettative chiare e forniscono costantemente indicazioni. Allo stesso tempo, Deloitte sottolinea che uno dei principali fattori di rischio per la produttivit\u00e0 \u00e8 che \u00abil lavoro intralcia il lavoro\u00bb, cio\u00e8 la mancanza di chiarezza porta a un maggior numero di coordinamenti, richieste e cicli.<\/p>\n<p>Le squadre percepiscono questa mancanza di chiarezza in modo molto preciso, non attraverso le parole o le istruzioni ufficiali, ma attraverso il vostro comportamento. Attraverso il modo in cui prendete le decisioni, la coerenza con cui chiarite le cose e la quantit\u00e0 di indicazioni che fornite, soprattutto quando le cose si fanno turbolente.<\/p>\n<h3>Chiarezza in azione<\/h3>\n<p>Nella pratica, osservo ripetutamente come la collaborazione nei team cambi quando i manager stessi diventano pi\u00f9 chiari. Gli accordi diventano pi\u00f9 vincolanti, le responsabilit\u00e0 vengono assunte pi\u00f9 facilmente, le discussioni diventano pi\u00f9 obiettive. Il motivo \u00e8 semplice: la direzione diventa tangibile.<\/p>\n<p>Anche la ricerca lo sostiene. Amy Edmondson, docente alla Harvard Business School e massima esperta di sicurezza psicologica nei team, dimostra che chiarezza e sicurezza psicologica sono strettamente collegate. Quando la leadership fornisce un orientamento, l'incertezza all'interno del team diminuisce e le persone sono pi\u00f9 propense ad assumersi le proprie responsabilit\u00e0, anzich\u00e9 coprirsi o ritirarsi.<\/p>\n<h3>Mostra l'atteggiamento<\/h3>\n<p>L'appartenenza a un team non si crea con gli appelli.
