Secondo uno studio rappresentativo condotto dal Pinktum Institute su 1.550 dipendenti in Germania, il 26% in tutti i settori di applicazione si rivolge principalmente a chatbot AI come ChatGPT o Gemini. Quando si tratta di domande specifiche su domande di lavoro, colloqui di lavoro, argomenti specialistici o processi creativi, oltre il 40% si affida principalmente agli assistenti digitali.<\/p>\n<h3>La fiducia passa ai sistemi<\/h3>\n<p>Il rapporto di fiducia con l'IA \u00e8 particolarmente sorprendente: il 29% di tutti gli intervistati si sente talvolta meglio compreso dai chatbot dell'IA rispetto agli esseri umani. Il 43% degli intervistati ha dichiarato che i chatbot AI creano pi\u00f9 lavoro. Il 48% ritiene di ottenere risultati migliori e il 46% di ridurre il carico di lavoro.<\/p>\n<h3>Convenienza anzich\u00e9 profondit\u00e0<\/h3>\n<p>Allo stesso tempo, lo studio rivela un aspetto negativo: il 43% utilizza i chatbot AI proprio per evitare un esame approfondito degli argomenti. Il risultato \u00e8 una maggiore rapidit\u00e0 dei risultati, ma spesso senza una solida comprensione dei contenuti e dei contesti sottostanti. L'IA non viene quindi utilizzata solo come strumento per migliorare la qualit\u00e0, ma anche come scorciatoia cognitiva. Quando la convenienza diventa la logica guida e la fiducia si sposta dalle persone ai sistemi, si crea un rischio strutturale per le competenze, la responsabilit\u00e0 e la leadership\u00bb. E aggiunge: \u00abL'IA non sta quindi cambiando solo il lavoro, ma anche il modo in cui affrontiamo le responsabilit\u00e0.
