(Immagine: pixabay)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Per dieci profili di lavoro di vendita, l'attuale studio salariale della societ\u00e0 di consulenza HR Careerplus mostra la gamma di un normale salario di mercato. Lo studio fa anche luce sulla situazione salariale in Svizzera: dal 2016, il salario medio annuo del personale di vendita \u00e8 aumentato significativamente, del 17%. Il fattore pi\u00f9 importante per uno stipendio pi\u00f9 alto non \u00e8 l'istruzione e la formazione, ma l'esperienza professionale.<\/p>\n<h2>Il salario lordo \u00e8 aumentato dal 2016<\/h2>\n<p>Due cose spiccano nel Careerplus Sales Salary Study: il significativo aumento dello stipendio annuale e l'importanza dell'esperienza lavorativa. Dall'ultimo studio sui salari di vendita del 2016, il salario medio annuo lordo \u00e8 aumentato del 17%. Secondo lo studio, il salario mediano nelle vendite \u00e8 di 100.000 franchi svizzeri, quasi il 30 per cento pi\u00f9 alto della media della Svizzera nel suo complesso. Tra i fattori che influenzano lo stipendio ci sono le conoscenze delle lingue straniere, soprattutto nelle posizioni pi\u00f9 alte: Un account manager guadagna circa il 10 per cento in pi\u00f9 per ogni lingua straniera rispetto a uno senza tali conoscenze. Anche la formazione e il perfezionamento professionale sono rilevanti per il salario. Per esempio, un product manager con un diploma di apprendistato riceve una media di 90.500 franchi svizzeri all'anno, mentre un master di una scuola universitaria professionale guadagna 130.000 franchi svizzeri. Ma l'esperienza professionale \u00e8 pi\u00f9 importante di qualsiasi altra cosa: lo stipendio annuale di un direttore commerciale aumenta fino a 40.000 franchi in 20 anni. \"La conoscenza dell'industria e del prodotto sono spesso pi\u00f9 importanti della formazione continua ufficiale. L'esperienza professionale nelle vendite \u00e8 quindi decisiva per lo stipendio. Lo abbiamo notato da tempo nei nostri studi sui salari\", dice Jana Jutzi, direttore generale di Careerplus, commentando lo studio.<\/p>\n<h2>Studio per salari in linea con il mercato<\/h2>\n<p>Il Sales Salary Study, che Careerplus pubblica ogni due anni, si basa su 1665 record di dati. Lo studio dedica una doppia pagina dettagliata a ciascuno dei dieci profili professionali di vendita selezionati: da impiegato d'ufficio e venditore sul campo a team leader, account manager e ingegnere delle vendite a manager regionale e delle vendite. Vari indicatori sono usati per mostrare come il settore, le competenze linguistiche e la formazione ulteriore influenzano il salario.
