I cambiamenti tecnologici, le mutate esigenze dei clienti, la pressione economica, le tensioni geopolitiche e i nuovi requisiti normativi hanno spesso un impatto simultaneo sulle aziende. Tuttavia, quando si tratta di implementazione pratica, molte di esse non riescono a soddisfare i propri requisiti, come dimostra il nuovo sondaggio sulla trasformazione aziendale 2.0 dell'Universit\u00e0 di Scienze Applicate e Arti di Lucerna, per il quale sono stati intervistati quasi 400 decision-maker di aziende svizzere di vari settori e di varie dimensioni.<\/p>\n<h3>La realizzazione rimane la sfida pi\u00f9 grande<\/h3>\n<p>Per la maggior parte degli intervistati, la trasformazione non procede abbastanza velocemente. \u00abLe aziende vogliono il cambiamento, ma molte non lo attuano con la velocit\u00e0 e la coerenza necessarie\u00bb, afferma l'autore dello studio Jan Schl\u00fcchter. Anche se vengono lanciate iniziative di trasformazione, spesso mancano responsabilit\u00e0 chiare, risorse sufficienti e una misurazione e un controllo coerenti dei progressi. (Immagine: HSLU)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Rispetto alla prima indagine del 2022, il divario tra le aziende si \u00e8 ulteriormente ampliato. \u00abLe differenze sono particolarmente evidenti nella leadership, nel supporto comunicativo, nella capacit\u00e0 di apprendimento e nell'ancoraggio sostenibile dei cambiamenti\u00bb, afferma Schl\u00fcchter.<\/p>\n<h3>IA generativa: i dipendenti sono pi\u00f9 avanti della loro organizzazione<\/h3>\n<p>L'IA generativa sta chiaramente acquisendo importanza come ulteriore impulso alla trasformazione, a causa dei colli di bottiglia nelle consegne e della pressione sull'efficienza e sulle prestazioni. In molte aziende \u00e8 gi\u00e0 entrata a far parte della vita lavorativa quotidiana. Allo stesso tempo, lo studio mostra che molte aziende non sono ancora in grado di ottenere un valore aggiunto economico misurabile. \u00abMolti dipendenti sono pi\u00f9 avanzati nell'affrontare l'IA generativa rispetto alla loro organizzazione. (Immagine: HSLU)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Secondo gli intervistati, le aziende possono essere classificate come \u00abprincipianti\u00bb o \u00abesploratrici\u00bb in termini di maturit\u00e0 dell'IA; solo poche sono finora \u00abcampioni dell'IA\u00bb. Pi\u00f9 un'azienda \u00e8 avanzata in termini di IA generativa, pi\u00f9 alto \u00e8 l'obiettivo percepito della trasformazione.<\/p>\n<h3>IA negli acquisti: pianificata strategicamente, implementata operativamente solo in misura limitata<\/h3>\n<p>Il divario \u00e8 particolarmente evidente nel settore degli acquisti. Un'indagine supplementare condotta su 74 esperti di acquisti, principalmente del settore manifatturiero e della vendita al dettaglio, mostra che la motivazione a utilizzare l'IA negli acquisti \u00e8 elevata: La motivazione a utilizzare l'IA negli acquisti \u00e8 alta. L'IA \u00e8 vista come un'opportunit\u00e0 per sviluppare ulteriormente il ruolo degli acquisti come motore di valore strategico, rendendo visibili le potenzialit\u00e0 e le alternative nel mercato degli acquisti, riconoscendo prima i rischi e creando maggiore trasparenza lungo la catena di fornitura. Tuttavia, la mancanza di competenze, le risorse limitate e le responsabilit\u00e0 poco chiare rendono difficile un'integrazione coerente nei processi esistenti. \u00abIl collo di bottiglia non \u00e8 quindi nella volont\u00e0, ma nella capacit\u00e0 organizzativa e nella scalabilit\u00e0\u00bb, afferma Jan Schl\u00fcchter.<\/p>\n<h3>Non \u00e8 la tecnologia, ma la leadership che conta<\/h3>\n<p>Lo studio chiarisce che non sono le aziende pi\u00f9 consapevoli del problema a trasformarsi con successo, ma quelle che gestiscono, implementano e ancorano il cambiamento in modo pi\u00f9 coerente. \u00abLa trasformazione non \u00e8 un insieme di singoli progetti, ma un compito manageriale che deve essere gestito e ancorato in modo coerente nell'organizzazione\u00bb, afferma Schl\u00fcchter.<\/p>\n<p>Ci\u00f2 porta a una chiara conclusione per i manager: non \u00e8 la disponibilit\u00e0 di nuove tecnologie a determinare il successo, ma la capacit\u00e0 di tradurle in creazione di valore sostenibile. Lo studio individua dieci raccomandazioni specifiche per l'azione.
