Questi sono i risultati dell'ultimo studio sul mercato svizzero della posta elettronica condotto dall'istituto di ricerca Reppublika. Per questo studio sono stati intervistati 1012 utenti online della Svizzera tedesca di et\u00e0 pari o superiore ai 16 anni. Gli intervistati pi\u00f9 giovani, in particolare, hanno mostrato una particolare dinamicit\u00e0 nell'utilizzo della posta elettronica.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Protezione contro lo spam particolarmente richiesta<\/h3>\r\n<p>Gli intervistati svizzeri sono particolarmente interessati alle funzioni di assistenza per la propria casella di posta elettronica: Al primo posto troviamo il rilevamento di spam e phishing supportato dall'intelligenza artificiale (47%) e l'assistenza alla traduzione (31%). Con le collaudate funzioni di intelligenza artificiale di GMX, offriamo esattamente questo, ad esempio con la visualizzazione ordinata nella casella di posta intelligente e con la protezione dallo spam e dal phishing. Uno sguardo alle fasce d'et\u00e0 mostra che la posta elettronica \u00e8 utilizzata intensamente da tutte le generazioni. Fonte: zvg<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>In tutte le fasce d'et\u00e0, l'importanza della comunicazione via e-mail con la famiglia e gli amici (63%) e con le autorit\u00e0 (59%) rimane costante ad un livello elevato. La comunicazione con familiari e amici e con le autorit\u00e0 pubbliche sta diventando pi\u00f9 importante per il 22% degli intervistati, il che significa che la rilevanza complessiva sta aumentando. Il dialogo via e-mail con le aziende nell'ambito del processo di acquisto continua ad acquisire importanza per il 21%, mentre rimane elevato per il 59%. Tra i giovani di et\u00e0 compresa tra i 16 e i 29 anni, si sono registrati aumenti significativi: in particolare, \u00e8 aumentata l'importanza della comunicazione via e-mail con i centri di formazione o di perfezionamento (36%), con le aziende nel processo di acquisto (30%) e nella vita privata (25%).<\/p>\r\n<h3>Il 41% acquista direttamente dalle newsletter<\/h3>\r\n<p>Il 90% degli svizzeri legge le newsletter - il 35% le legge addirittura almeno ogni giorno, il che li rende utenti assidui. Quasi la met\u00e0 dei destinatari di newsletter (47%) riceve addirittura fino a 15 messaggi a settimana. Le newsletter sono una componente centrale dell'email marketing e del customer journey: il 41% dei lettori di newsletter ha gi\u00e0 effettuato un ordine direttamente da una mail. Le offerte e gli sconti che si applicano esclusivamente agli iscritti alla newsletter sono particolarmente interessanti per questi intervistati (49%).<\/p>\r\n<h3>GMX \u00e8 uno dei 3 principali fornitori<\/h3>\r\n<p>Il 16% degli utenti online svizzeri di lingua tedesca utilizza GMX.ch come indirizzo e-mail principale. Questo fa di GMX uno dei tre principali provider di posta elettronica. Google \u00e8 in testa con il 30 percento, seguito da Bluewin con il 18 percento. Alle spalle di GMX ci sono Microsoft (10 percento), server e domini propri (5 percento) e Sunrise (5 percento).<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00abLa forte posizione di mercato sottolinea la rilevanza di GMX con la sua elevata portata in Svizzera. Per gli inserzionisti, questo \u00e8 un vantaggio decisivo quando si rivolgono ai clienti lungo l'intero percorso: raggiungono i loro gruppi target direttamente nella loro casella di posta elettronica, in un ambiente sicuro che viene utilizzato regolarmente e intensamente\u00bb, afferma Rasmus Giese.<\/p>\r\n<p>I dati dello \u00abStudio sul mercato svizzero delle e-mail\u00bb si basano su un'indagine condotta dall'istituto di ricerca Reppublika. \u00c8 stato intervistato un panel online rappresentativo di 1012 utenti internet svizzeri di lingua tedesca di et\u00e0 compresa tra i 16 e i 79 anni.<\/p>\r\n<p>Con una media di circa 892.000 utenti attivi al mese, GMX raggiunge circa il 17% degli utenti online di lingua tedesca in Svizzera (trimestre 2026-1).
