L'oratore Andreas Gruber, che vive in Svizzera, ha ricevuto il premio Excellence Award per il suo contributo. La competizione ha riunito circa 120 partecipanti provenienti da 18 Paesi ed \u00e8 stata trasmessa in diretta in oltre 150 Paesi. La sfida: arrivare al cuore di un messaggio in pochi minuti in modo tale da avere un impatto - senza presentazioni, senza ausili.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c8 necessario un cambio di prospettiva<\/h3>\n<p>Gruber ha parlato di uno sviluppo che da tempo si nota in molte aziende: la leadership sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 una reazione alla complessit\u00e0, alla pressione e al cambiamento permanente. \u00abA cosa serve la migliore strategia se la leadership \u00e8 solo una reazione?\u00bb, ha detto Gruber sul palco. La sua tesi centrale: la leadership moderna non fallisce a causa delle conoscenze o dei metodi, ma perch\u00e9 le persone perdono l'accesso alla chiarezza, all'orientamento e alla propria capacit\u00e0 decisionale sotto pressione. Molti manager continuano a funzionare all'esterno mentre all'interno sono da tempo in modalit\u00e0 di reazione. Le decisioni diventano pi\u00f9 a breve termine, l'incertezza aumenta e la loro stessa efficacia diminuisce.<\/p>\n<p>Gruber sostiene quindi un cambio di prospettiva: la leadership non inizia con gli accordi sugli obiettivi o la comunicazione, ma quando una persona rimane in grado di guidare se stessa sotto pressione. \u00abLe aziende investono molto in strategie, strumenti e processi. Quello che spesso manca \u00e8 la capacit\u00e0 di rimanere chiari e di prendere decisioni consapevoli anche sotto pressione\u00bb.\u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Sviluppo di un proprio modello di coaching<\/h3>\n<p>Gruber utilizza il modello Ergoarchipel\u00ae che ha sviluppato per il suo lavoro. Combina il coaching sistemico con una struttura chiara per l'autogestione di situazioni complesse. L'obiettivo \u00e8 creare orientamento, non solo all'esterno, ma soprattutto all'interno. Il premio allo Speaker Slam \u00e8 quindi pi\u00f9 di un successo personale per Gruber: dimostra che un tema che molte aziende hanno precedentemente sottovalutato sta acquisendo sempre pi\u00f9 importanza.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre al premio dello Speaker Slam, Gruber \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stato premiato al Founder Summit 2026 di Wiesbaden (DE). \u00c8 stata confermata anche la sua prossima apparizione internazionale: il 22 agosto 2026 interverr\u00e0 al Congresso internazionale di esperti a New York (USA).
