Anche la gestione delle risorse umane cambier\u00e0 e saranno necessari nuovi modi di pensare all'interazione tra uomo e macchina.\u00a0<span lang=\"DE\">Jan Krans, Director Enterprise Collaboration di Atos, ha recentemente presentato le sue tesi per una nuova gestione delle risorse umane al World Web Forum 2019 di Zurigo. Queste tesi possono essere riassunte come segue:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b><strong>1. cruciale per il successo: il rapporto tra uomo e macchina <\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Il modo in cui uomini e macchine lavorano insieme determiner\u00e0 sempre pi\u00f9 il successo delle aziende. Di conseguenza, la gestione delle risorse umane deve reinventarsi: In futuro, l'attenzione non sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 esclusivamente rivolta allo sviluppo personale dei dipendenti. Le nuove tecnologie che possono dare un contributo immenso allo sviluppo dell'azienda avranno un ruolo altrettanto importante.<\/p>\n<h2><b><strong>2. la gestione classica delle risorse umane non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 sufficiente<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>La gestione delle risorse umane (HRM) ha bisogno di un'altra \"M\". Sta per \"macchina\". La nuova formula per il dipartimento HR \u00e8 quindi: Human and Machine Resource Management, HMRM. Non \u00e8 sufficiente concentrarsi su un rapporto equilibrato tra dipendente e datore di lavoro. \u00c8 fondamentale che l'HMRM dia al management impulsi decisivi per pensare fuori dagli schemi e per dire addio all'esclusiva attenzione all'efficienza e alla ricerca del profitto. Se ci\u00f2 non avviene, prima o poi l'organizzazione diventer\u00e0 un datore di lavoro poco attraente.<\/p>\n<h2><b><strong>3. le macchine creano uno spazio libero per lo sviluppo personale<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Le nuove tecnologie non sono nemiche dei dipendenti. L'automazione e l'ottimizzazione continua dei processi aziendali sollevano i dipendenti. Grazie a questa capacit\u00e0 liberata, possono concentrarsi su nuovi compiti e questioni che non solo fanno progredire l'azienda, ma ampliano anche i loro orizzonti e si fanno strada professionalmente.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>4. lavorare in team indipendenti \/ il nuovo ruolo del supervisore<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il <strong>indipendente<\/strong> Il lavoro in team \u00e8 una componente importante del mondo del lavoro del futuro. L'obiettivo \u00e8 trasferire la maggior parte delle responsabilit\u00e0 possibili ai singoli team e ai dipendenti. Utilizza il cruscotto del team per monitorare i risultati e le attivit\u00e0 del suo team. La necessit\u00e0 di riunioni faccia a faccia si riduce enormemente, ad esempio a una sola riunione a trimestre.<\/p>\n<h2><b><strong>5 Il nuovo lavoro richiede nuovi strumenti<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Il futuro del lavoro non \u00e8 caratterizzato solo da team indipendenti, ma anche dall'agire in rete, con altri team o partner esterni. Ci\u00f2 richiede nuove piattaforme tecniche: Le infrastrutture per la collaborazione sociale sono molto richieste.
