I consumatori si pongono molte domande sugli alimenti che consumano. Alcune di queste domande trovano risposta nel dossier del FiBL \"Sostenibilit\u00e0 e qualit\u00e0 degli alimenti biologici\", completamente rivisto e giunto alla sua terza edizione. \u00c8 stato pubblicato nel luglio 2021 e fornisce numerosi dati sul tema dell'alimentazione. I ricercatori del FiBL hanno riassunto i risultati degli studi scientifici sottostanti in modo facilmente comprensibile in una pubblicazione chiara, offrendo cos\u00ec risposte a domande socialmente rilevanti come:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Come si possono produrre frutta e verdura senza pesticidi di sintesi?<\/li>\n<li>In che misura gli alimenti biologici sono pi\u00f9 sani di quelli convenzionali?<\/li>\n<li>Quali criteri vengono presi in considerazione quando si scelgono gli imballaggi per gli alimenti biologici per mantenerli ecologici e privi di sostanze inquinanti?<\/li>\n<li>In che modo l'agricoltura biologica sostiene il benessere degli animali e quali sono i nuovi concetti che si stanno sviluppando in questo senso?<\/li>\n<li>Che aspetto avrebbe un piatto di salute globale che mantenga in salute e in forma non solo noi, ma anche il nostro pianeta?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>L'esempio della piastra sanitaria<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un capitolo del dossier affronta la questione di come dovrebbe essere un piatto di salute globale che non solo mantiene noi in salute e in forma, ma anche il nostro pianeta.
