Non abbiamo bisogno di ulteriori argomenti per i richiedenti che siamo grandi.<\/li>\n<li>La soddisfazione dei dipendenti \u00e8 un bel lusso. Quelli che si preoccupano di dipendenti soddisfatti non fanno altro che distrarre dai nostri standard di performance.<\/li>\n<li>Il networking \u00e8 solo per i professionisti delle risorse umane che non hanno un parrucchiere con cui parlare. Stabilire contatti con i candidati in una fase iniziale? Troppo dispendioso in termini di tempo!<\/li>\n<li>Il modo migliore sono gli annunci di lavoro stampati. I canali digitali sono spazzatura nuova!<\/li>\n<li>Una volta che il budget per l'employer branding \u00e8 speso, non c'\u00e8 pi\u00f9. Non misuriamo nemmeno la forza dell'employer brand.
