(Immagine: pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'attivit\u00e0 di fusione e acquisizione a livello globale ha avuto un andamento positivo nel 2018, con un aumento del valore di 20% rispetto all'anno precedente, mentre il numero di operazioni \u00e8 diminuito di 10% nello stesso periodo. L'indecisione ha caratterizzato il contesto macroeconomico e geopolitico nella seconda met\u00e0 del 2018: il multilateralismo \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 messo in discussione, il protezionismo statunitense si \u00e8 intensificato e le incertezze sulla Brexit sono aumentate. Questa incertezza macroeconomica continuer\u00e0 a prevalere nel 2019. Anche se la situazione economica in Svizzera rimane positiva, anche qui la situazione pu\u00f2 cambiare rapidamente.<\/p>\n<h2>Esitazione e procrastinazione in aumento anche in Svizzera<\/h2>\n<p>Secondo l'ultima indagine di Deloitte sui CFO svizzeri, per la prima volta da oltre tre anni le prospettive economiche del Paese sono meno ottimistiche. Questa tendenza \u00e8 confermata dall'ultima indagine di Deloitte sui consigli di amministrazione svizzeri: Dall'estate 2018, il numero di valutazioni positive sull'economia \u00e8 diminuito praticamente della met\u00e0.<br \/>\nLe attivit\u00e0 di fusione e acquisizione delle PMI svizzere sono rimaste complessivamente stabili nel 2018 (vedi grafico). (Grafico: Deloitte)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Le PMI svizzere sono obiettivi di acquisizione ricercati dai fondi di PE<\/h2>\n<p>Questo ottimismo \u00e8 dovuto non da ultimo al crescente interesse dei fondi di private equity per le PMI svizzere. Nel 2018, fondi di private equity nazionali ed esteri hanno rilevato 32 PMI svizzere. L'anno precedente sono stati 28 e nel 2015 solo 18. Dopo anni di stabilit\u00e0, colpisce la crescente attivit\u00e0 dei fondi svizzeri: mentre nel 2017 erano responsabili solo di circa un terzo delle acquisizioni di PMI svizzere, l'anno scorso la loro quota ha gi\u00e0 raggiunto i 44%. \"Grazie ai bassi tassi di interesse e al crescente capitale di investimento, nel 2018 i fondi di private equity hanno acquistato un maggior numero di piccole e medie imprese. Con i tassi di interesse che dovrebbero rimanere bassi e le condizioni di finanziamento ancora favorevoli per i fondi, ci aspettiamo che questa tendenza continui nel 2019\", afferma Stephan Br\u00fccher, Partner Financial Advisory e Private Equity Leader di Deloitte Svizzera.<\/p>\n<h2>Destinazioni preferite grazie alla buona reputazione<\/h2>\n<p>Le PMI svizzere sono anche sinonimo di fiducia, know-how e affidabilit\u00e0 a livello internazionale. La Svizzera rimane un pioniere nello sviluppo di molte nuove tecnologie e le PMI svizzere sono riconosciute a livello internazionale per le loro competenze nella microtecnica e nella medicina, nell'orologeria o nella robotica. Come nell'anno precedente, anche nel 2018 gli acquirenti hanno privilegiato le PMI svizzere operanti nel settore industriale (27 transazioni), seguite da vicino dalle aziende del settore tecnologico, dei media e delle telecomunicazioni (25 transazioni).<\/p>\n<p>\"Le prospettive per le attivit\u00e0 di M&amp;A delle PMI svizzere sono complessivamente positive per il 2019. Tuttavia, il numero di transazioni potrebbe diminuire leggermente a causa delle tensioni geopolitiche a livello mondiale ed europeo. Le PMI svizzere sono apprezzate non solo per le loro competenze di nicchia, ma anche per la loro grande adattabilit\u00e0 alle specificit\u00e0 del loro mercato nazionale. Nonostante un possibile calo dell'attivit\u00e0 di fusione e acquisizione quest'anno, le PMI, da parte loro, dovrebbero continuare a fare acquisizioni all'estero per diversificare le loro attivit\u00e0 o rafforzare la loro presenza geografica.
