Il 28 marzo 2019 si \u00e8 svolta la sesta cerimonia del Randstad Award all'Aura di Zurigo. Il motto dell'evento era \"imparare dai migliori\". In questo spirito, cinque esperti dell'industria delle risorse umane si sono scambiati opinioni sulle tendenze delle risorse umane e sui risultati dell'attuale Employer Brand Study in una vivace discussione. Il Randstad Employer Brand Research \u00e8 uno studio indipendente nel campo dell'\"employer branding\". Le aziende non possono chiedere di partecipare, sono selezionate per lo studio in base al loro numero di dipendenti.<\/p>\n

\u00c8, dopo tutto, la ricompensa...<\/h2>\n

Lo studio di quest'anno ha scoperto - un po' con sorpresa dei presenti e contro le tendenze paneuropee - che in Svizzera una buona paga e altri benefici sono il primo fattore per l'occupazione, seguiti da una buona atmosfera di lavoro e dalla sicurezza del lavoro. In altri paesi europei, il fattore \"buona atmosfera di lavoro\" \u00e8 in testa. La cattiva retribuzione \u00e8 anche la ragione principale per cui i dipendenti svizzeri lasciano il loro lavoro, secondo lo studio. La mancanza di riconoscimento o l'insufficiente equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata sono altre ragioni. Il gruppo ha concordato che una coerente \"proposta di valore del datore di lavoro\" \u00e8 quindi importante per essere attraente come datore di lavoro per tutte le generazioni. Il Dr. oec. HSG Marcel Oertig, partner della societ\u00e0 di consulenza Avenir Group, era rappresentativo: \"Bisogna entrare in dialogo con i dipendenti.<\/p>\n

Prendere strade anche scomode<\/h2>\n

Nicole Brandes, coach internazionale di management, ha mostrato ai partecipanti all'evento nel suo discorso chiave cosa distingue i veri leader e come condurre nel futuro tra digitalizzazione e umanit\u00e0. Pensare l'impensabile o prendere comunque strade rischiose - \"dove c'\u00e8 la paura, c'\u00e8 la strada\" - sono state tra le strategie menzionate dall'oratore per distinguere un leader o un'organizzazione dalla media.<\/p>\n

Il premio aiuta il reclutamento<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Il Randstad Award per il datore di lavoro pi\u00f9 attraente \u00e8 stato poi presentato. Per la seconda volta, il vincitore \u00e8 stato Swiss International Air Lines. Christoph Ulrich, responsabile delle risorse umane, ha dichiarato: \"Siamo molto contenti di aver difeso il nostro titolo. Swiss sta assumendo 1.000 nuovi dipendenti quest'anno. Un forte employer brand e una buona reputazione sul mercato del lavoro sono quindi cruciali\".<\/p>\n

    Quest'anno, Siemens \u00e8 entrata per la prima volta nella top 10 dei datori di lavoro pi\u00f9 attraenti. Glas Tr\u00f6sch ha fatto il pi\u00f9 grande balzo in avanti: L'azienda \u00e8 stata in grado di salire di 56 posti ed \u00e8 ora al 49\u00b0 posto.<\/p>\n
