(Immagine: zVg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\"Le richieste di informazioni hanno continuato ad aumentare nell'ultimo anno. Questo dimostra quanto sia importante il tema della conciliazione tra lavoro e famiglia\", ha dichiarato Corinne Indermaur, direttore generale della Piattaforma Famiglia Svizzera Orientale FPO. La maggior parte delle circa 100 consultazioni personali con i dipendenti delle aziende associate ha riguardato aspetti legati alla cura dei bambini. Il tema dell'assistenza agli anziani, per il quale la FPO offre anche un supporto, sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 importante. Questa offerta sar\u00e0 pubblicizzata ancora di pi\u00f9 in futuro.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La gestione della Piattaforma Famiglia \u00e8 aumentata<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I soci hanno approvato la relazione annuale, i conti e il bilancio durante l'assemblea generale. Hanno inoltre approvato la modifica delle quote associative: i comuni ora rientrano nella stessa categoria del resto dei datori di lavoro. Per le associazioni \u00e8 stata creata anche la categoria \"Sostenitore\". Per rafforzare l'impatto della Piattaforma Famiglia, nei prossimi anni saranno investite molte energie nell'acquisizione di nuovi membri. Il presidente dell'associazione Christof St\u00fcrm ha quindi proposto di aumentare la gestione da 40 a 50 posizioni a tempo pieno per i prossimi due anni. In considerazione del capitale dell'associazione, le possibilit\u00e0 finanziarie sono disponibili. I membri hanno seguito la proposta.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L'indagine mostra il potenziale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Corinne Indermaur ha sottolineato che la ricerca di nuovi membri \u00e8 stata avviata con successo. Nel primo trimestre del 2019 hanno gi\u00e0 aderito diverse nuove aziende associate: Le oltre 100 organizzazioni aderenti hanno pi\u00f9 di 50.000 dipendenti che possono beneficiare della consulenza dell'FPO. \u00c8 inoltre ottimista sul fatto che nel corso dell'anno sar\u00e0 in grado di far progredire in modo decisivo la cooperazione con i Cantoni dei Grigioni e di Sciaffusa. Per conoscere pi\u00f9 a fondo la propensione alla famiglia delle aziende della Svizzera orientale e poter rispondere ancora meglio alle loro esigenze, l'anno scorso \u00e8 stata condotta un'indagine sul tema del congedo di paternit\u00e0, alla quale hanno partecipato circa 170 aziende della Svizzera orientale: ne \u00e8 emerso che il congedo di paternit\u00e0 \u00e8 concesso nella stragrande maggioranza delle aziende, anche se il numero di giorni di congedo varia notevolmente da un'azienda all'altra.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Impegno per le famiglie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I membri dell'FPO hanno poi colto l'occasione per visitare la sede di Lidl Svizzera, recentemente inaugurata a Weinfelden. Gisela Schoch, Department Manager Employee Engagement di Lidl, ha mostrato, tra l'altro, come il discount si impegni per la compatibilit\u00e0 tra lavoro e famiglia attraverso un ufficio per genitori e figli dotato di giocattoli.
