La carenza di lavoratori qualificati nel mercato del lavoro ha portato a un mercato di candidati in molti settori. Cos\u00ec, le scelte per molti impiegati sono aumentate significativamente. Tuttavia, questo porta anche ad un'alta disponibilit\u00e0 al cambiamento tra i dipendenti svizzeri: Pi\u00f9 di un terzo delle aziende (34 %) riferisce che il turnover volontario dei dipendenti \u00e8 aumentato negli ultimi tre anni. Il turnover dei dipendenti \u00e8 un problema intersettoriale. Le ragioni delle dimissioni dei dipendenti, tuttavia, differiscono a seconda delle dimensioni dell'azienda. <\/span>Mentre nelle grandi aziende il salario troppo basso (44 %) \u00e8 la ragione pi\u00f9 citata, nelle piccole aziende \u00e8 la mancanza di libert\u00e0 (38 %) che spinge i dipendenti a cercare un nuovo datore di lavoro.
