L'aumento medio mensile \u00e8 stato di +5,0% tra gennaio e maggio 2016, contro +0,4% nello stesso periodo del 2015. Secondo lo Swiss Job Index di Michael Page, da cui sono tratti questi dati, l'aumento \u00e8 stato particolarmente pronunciato nella Svizzera orientale (+18,2%), nella Svizzera centrale (+16,7%) e nella regione del lago di Ginevra (+11,2%). I driver di crescita sono le industrie orientate all'esportazione con domanda di esperti in ingegneria, tecnologia, sanit\u00e0 e scienze della vita, cos\u00ec come gli specialisti bancari nelle aree legali, conformit\u00e0 e tecnologia. Per la prima volta da settembre 2013, tutti i cantoni - ad eccezione del cantone di Berna (-0,3%) - hanno registrato una crescita.<\/p>\n<p>\"Le aziende stanno reclutando di nuovo per posizioni permanenti e temporanee\", dice Nicolai Mikkelsen, direttore di Michael Page. \"In molti casi, stanno rispondendo alla domanda relativamente debole dell'anno scorso. La domanda di candidati altamente qualificati in infermieristica, scienze della vita, biotecnologie e medtech \u00e8 particolarmente alta. A causa della carenza di candidati, c'\u00e8 una battaglia per i migliori talenti in questi settori.
