(Immagine: Allpura)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Karin Funk, direttrice di Allpura, l'associazione delle imprese di pulizia svizzere, dichiara che le condizioni di lavoro eque e il rispetto del contratto collettivo di lavoro, compresi i salari minimi, sono una questione di competenza del padrone: \"Allpura e i nostri membri non hanno alcun interesse nelle violazioni del contratto collettivo di lavoro. Alcune pecore nere gettano ripetutamente discredito su tutte le altre imprese di pulizia. Eppure la stragrande maggioranza delle imprese di pulizia rispetta le regole! Si impegnano a garantire condizioni di lavoro e salari equi, sostengono i dipendenti attraverso la formazione e l'aggiornamento e spesso pagano salari superiori al salario CLA concordato\".<\/p>\n<h2>Cambiamenti nel settore della pulizia<\/h2>\n<p>In realt\u00e0, in gran parte inosservato dal pubblico, da anni \u00e8 in atto un cambiamento massiccio nel settore della pulizia in Svizzera. Ad esempio, i salari minimi sono aumentati di circa 25%. Attualmente il costo \u00e8 di 3.422 franchi per gli addetti alle pulizie senza apprendistato, pi\u00f9 la tredicesima e l'assicurazione per malattia. Per gli addetti alle pulizie commerciali EFZ, cio\u00e8 dopo aver completato un apprendistato di 3 anni, il salario minimo \u00e8 di 4.500 franchi svizzeri pi\u00f9 la tredicesima mensilit\u00e0. Inoltre, viene monitorato il rispetto dei salari. La Commissione congiunta dell'industria delle pulizie effettua regolarmente ispezioni salariali. Le violazioni da parte delle aziende sono punite con multe. Inoltre, i dipendenti delle imprese di pulizia, i clienti e gli estranei possono segnalare al PK Reinigung sospette violazioni in qualsiasi momento.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tariffe orarie eque per un buon lavoro<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\"La Federazione Allpura e i suoi membri rifiutano rigorosamente condizioni di lavoro inique come il lavoro a chiamata! Ma per ogni lavoro bisogna essere in due. Nel corso della mentalit\u00e0 \"cheap-is-cool\", alcuni clienti trovano ancora ragionevole una tariffa oraria di 30 franchi, mentre per il giardiniere o l'elettricista vengono addebitati 90 franchi. Tuttavia, nessuna impresa di pulizie pu\u00f2 mantenere un budget ragionevole con tariffe orarie di 30 franchi. Chiunque voglia aiutare gli addetti alle pulizie dovrebbe dare un'occhiata alle tariffe pagate dal proprio datore di lavoro o dalla propria famiglia\", spiega Karin Funk.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Il reddito aggiuntivo delle pulizie garantisce l'esistenza<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In alcuni settori prevalgono condizioni di lavoro precarie. Questo \u00e8 l'unico modo in cui Allpura pu\u00f2 spiegare il fatto che molte persone nel settore delle pulizie sono alla ricerca di un reddito aggiuntivo - oltre al loro lavoro in un altro settore. In questo senso, il settore delle pulizie svolge anche un importante compito sociale ed economico: molte persone possono integrare i loro poveri stipendi in un altro settore grazie al loro lavoro part-time nelle pulizie, garantendo cos\u00ec la loro esistenza. Karin Funk sottolinea anche il ruolo di integrazione che l'industria delle pulizie svolge con la sua quota di migrazione di 95%: \"Per molti immigrati che non parlano ancora la lingua nazionale, un lavoro nelle pulizie \u00e8 il primo passo per entrare nella vita professionale svizzera. Questo passo li aiuta a integrarsi meglio nel nostro Paese, a stabilire contatti sociali e ad acquisire esperienza lavorativa\".<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La pulizia, come altri mestieri, merita di essere apprezzata<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L'amministratore delegato di Allpura sottolinea che l'apprezzamento dovrebbe essere una cosa ovvia anche nel settore delle pulizie: \"La pulizia efficiente, rispettosa del valore e dell'ambiente \u00e8 un mestiere che va imparato. La pulizia professionale non ha nulla a che vedere con la pulizia come la conosciamo tutti in privato. Senza personale di pulizia, gli ospedali dovrebbero chiudere nel giro di poche ore. Le facciate moderne delle nostre citt\u00e0 diventerebbero antiestetiche in poco tempo. Gli edifici pubblici non ci rappresenterebbero pi\u00f9 e tutti ci sentiremmo a disagio nei nostri luoghi di lavoro. Gi\u00e0 oggi, molti possono cantare una canzone sul fatto che il loro datore di lavoro risparmia sui costi riducendo la pulizia di bagni e uffici. Anche noi di Allpura sentiamo spesso parlare di gare d'appalto che hanno come unico obiettivo servizi sempre pi\u00f9 economici. Ma fare la stessa cosa in modo ancora pi\u00f9 economico non \u00e8 semplicemente possibile\", spiega Karin Funk con fermezza.<\/p>\n<p>Per Allpura, l'apprezzamento \u00e8 legato anche alle condizioni generali degli ordini. Mentre, come in altri settori, il tempo a disposizione per il lavoro di pulizia \u00e8 sempre meno, la pressione sui prezzi aumenta e i margini si riducono, la sfida per le imprese di pulizia cresce.
