(Immagine: Gerd Altmann \/ Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\"Di quali competenze hanno bisogno i leader per avere successo nell'era della digitalizzazione?\" Per scoprirlo, l'Institute for Leadership Culture in the Digital Age (IFIDZ), Francoforte, ha preparato un meta-studio per il quale sono stati valutati 61 studi e indagini sul tema \"Leadership &amp; Management\" pubblicati tra il 2012 e il 2018. Lo scopo del metastudio era quello di determinare, tra le altre cose:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Secondo gli studi analizzati, di quali competenze hanno bisogno i manager nell'era digitale?<\/li>\n<li>Quali nuove competenze ci si aspetta da loro? E:<\/li>\n<li>Quali competenze hanno la massima rilevanza per il successo della leadership?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A questo scopo, sono stati esaminati 61 studi e sondaggi sul tema della leadership di vario tipo, a cui hanno partecipato in totale pi\u00f9 di 100.000 persone - per lo pi\u00f9 manager, ma anche impiegati e accademici in alcuni casi. I contenuti di questi studi primari sono stati valutati per il metastudio principalmente in modo formale-descrittivo. Ci\u00f2 significa che \u00e8 stato analizzato principalmente in quanti studi certe competenze sono state nominate come competenze di leadership rilevanti. Poi una classifica delle competenze \u00e8 stata creata da queste competenze in base alla frequenza della loro menzione nel metastudio.<\/p>\n<h2>Capacit\u00e0 di leadership analogica e digitale<\/h2>\n<p>In totale, la classifica elenca 86 competenze di leadership che, secondo gli studi primari, hanno rilevanza per il successo della leadership. Inoltre, le competenze (o abilit\u00e0, capacit\u00e0 e tratti di personalit\u00e0) menzionate sono spesso interconnesse e la terminologia varia e cambia. Per esempio, negli studi pubblicati fino al 2015, i termini \"velocit\u00e0\" e \"flessibilit\u00e0\" sono menzionati abbastanza frequentemente come competenze, mentre negli studi pubblicati dopo, il termine \"agilit\u00e0\" tende a dominare.
