Questa \u00e8 l'unica spiegazione per il fatto che la 15a edizione dell'East Switzerland HR Day si \u00e8 svolta davanti a una folla da record: La sala era quasi piena, come ha potuto affermare con orgoglio Abdullah Redzepi, membro del Comitato di Patronato, nel suo discorso di apertura.<\/p>\n<h2>Marchio del datore di lavoro: \"Essere sostanzialmente diversi\".<\/h2>\n<p>Gli organizzatori sono riusciti a mettere insieme un variegato panel di relatori sul tema dell'\"attrattiva del datore di lavoro\". Non sono n\u00e9 i biliardini in ufficio, n\u00e9 l'ingraziamento della generazione pi\u00f9 giovane, n\u00e9 il tentativo frenetico di essere cool ad attrarre le generazioni Y e Z. \u00c8 molto pi\u00f9 importante dare un esempio di gestione agile, creare orientamento, chiarezza e trasparenza e pensare in modo ancora pi\u00f9 digitale nella ricerca dei talenti. La sua azienda \u00e8 molto attiva in questa ricerca, anche perch\u00e9 i vari dipendenti marcano regolarmente la loro presenza sui diversi canali di comunicazione e diventano cos\u00ec ambasciatori dell'azienda.<\/p>\n<h2>Mantenere e misurare l'attrattiva del datore di lavoro<\/h2>\n<p>Katharina Lehmann, CEO dell'azienda di costruzioni in legno Blumer-Lehmann, ha spiegato come anche le aziende \"tradizionali\" non possano fare a meno di utilizzare i social media come strumento indispensabile di reclutamento e comunicazione. Sia i manager che i dipendenti fungono da \"influencer\", il marketing \u00e8 uno strumento importante non solo per le vendite ma anche per il reclutamento. Infine, ma non meno importante, ogni azienda ha bisogno di una cultura della fiducia. Questo si crea ancora all'interfaccia tra le persone. Tuttavia, la comunicazione con i dipendenti deve essere diretta, aperta, veloce, senza peli sulla lingua, ma allo stesso tempo costruttiva.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Graf della Posta Svizzera ha dimostrato che non solo le PMI ma anche le grandi aziende hanno difficolt\u00e0 di reclutamento. Ha spiegato come la sua azienda utilizzi indagini quantitative e qualitative sui candidati per individuare i punti deboli del processo di assunzione. Dopotutto, se un candidato pu\u00f2 almeno raccontare una \"candidate experience\" positiva anche dopo un rifiuto, questo serve a rendere pi\u00f9 attraente il datore di lavoro. Inoltre, la Posta si avvale di un programma di raccomandazione interna: i dipendenti vengono premiati se riescono a trovare candidati per le offerte di lavoro nel loro ambiente personale. Ha spiegato come la psicologia positiva possa portare allo sviluppo di un potenziale inimmaginabile nelle aziende. \"L'apprezzamento crea valore aggiunto\", ha concluso. Alla base c'\u00e8 la consapevolezza che le persone felici hanno complessivamente pi\u00f9 successo. Ci\u00f2 richiede il giusto atteggiamento interiore. \u00c8 importante risvegliare questo atteggiamento concentrandosi meno sulle debolezze e pi\u00f9 sui punti di forza. Perch\u00e9 l'attuale ripresa economica non \u00e8 dovuta tanto alla tecnologia, quanto a fattori psicosociali positivi.
