Tuttavia, il disincanto sul lavoro non dovrebbe diventare la norma: un certo livello di soddisfazione dovrebbe essere l'obiettivo di ogni dipendente. Ma la realt\u00e0 \u00e8 spesso diversa, come dimostra una recente indagine del fornitore di servizi per il personale Robert Half: un quarto (26 %) degli intervistati svizzeri \u00e8 insoddisfatto del proprio lavoro. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span lang=\"DE\">Una persona su tre rimane fedele al datore di lavoro nonostante l'insoddisfazione<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">Il 59 % degli insoddisfatti sta gi\u00e0 cercando di cambiare lavoro. Tuttavia, un terzo non vuole lasciare l'azienda nonostante la persistente frustrazione lavorativa. I motivi che spingono a perseverare sono molteplici: uno su due (52 %) cita i vantaggi del suo attuale datore di lavoro, come i modelli di lavoro flessibili o il buon stipendio. 29 % degli insoddisfatti non vuole separarsi dai colleghi del team. Uno su cinque (19 %) non crede che la propria situazione migliorerebbe in un'altra azienda. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span lang=\"DE\">Il disincanto sul lavoro \u00e8 un rischio per i dipendenti e per le aziende<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">\"Le aziende dovrebbero essere allertate quando un quarto dei dipendenti \u00e8 insoddisfatto e la maggior parte di loro sta gi\u00e0 cercando un nuovo lavoro. Ma i dipendenti frustrati devono anche valutare quanto sia pesante l'insoddisfazione\", spiega Zerrin Azeri, direttore associato di Robert Half a Zurigo. L'insoddisfazione lavorativa non va presa alla leggera, perch\u00e9 pu\u00f2 sfociare rapidamente in burnout o noia. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Gli ostacoli al cambiamento di lavoro sono un deterrente<\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">Tuttavia, trovare il lavoro che fa per voi non \u00e8 un compito facile. \"I lunghi processi di candidatura, l'incertezza sulla sufficienza delle proprie qualifiche e le condizioni generali percepite come peggiori fanno spesso desistere i dipendenti dal cambiare lavoro\", spiega Azeri. Per lei si tratta di un errore fatale, perch\u00e9 esistono numerose offerte che aiutano i dipendenti a fare il primo passo verso il cambiamento di lavoro: \"Dalla formazione sulle candidature alla consulenza individuale, oggi \u00e8 disponibile un'intera gamma di offerte per sostenere i dipendenti che vogliono cambiare lavoro.
