Giusto significa, soprattutto, diverso. Perch\u00e9 un gruppo omogeneo di persone che la pensano allo stesso modo non \u00e8 adatto a darsi nuovi impulsi. Esperienze, modelli di pensiero e approcci diversi, d'altra parte, promuovono la creativit\u00e0 e sono una garanzia per idee innovative.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Scambio di verit\u00e0 diverse<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le diverse preferenze di pensiero possono ispirarsi a vicenda e portare a soluzioni olistiche. Perch\u00e9 questo accada, devono essere soddisfatte due precondizioni: in primo luogo, ogni membro del team deve conoscere le proprie strutture di pensiero e capire come queste influenzano la sua percezione. In secondo luogo, ognuno deve anche conoscere e accettare i modelli di pensiero dei membri della sua squadra, anche se sono diversi dai propri.<\/p>\n<p>Ancora meglio della semplice accettazione sono la curiosit\u00e0 e la gioia di altri approcci. Questo perch\u00e9 scambiare idee con persone che la pensano diversamente allevia la pressione di dover essere in grado di fare tutto da soli. I membri del team devono rendersi conto che non esiste una sola verit\u00e0, ma molte verit\u00e0 diverse. Solo attraverso questa versatilit\u00e0 un team pu\u00f2 realizzare il suo pieno potenziale di innovazione.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Riunire le forze<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il modello comune \u00e8 che ogni membro dello staff ha un ruolo fisso e un livello che \u00e8 sul suo biglietto da visita e definisce la sua area di responsabilit\u00e0. Ci sono strutture e procedure per lavorare sui progetti. Tali specifiche, tuttavia, limitano la creativit\u00e0 dell'individuo e quindi anche quella della squadra. Poich\u00e9 tutti possono identificarsi con l'obiettivo comune, l'intera squadra si sente connessa l'una all'altra, al progetto e non da ultimo all'azienda.<\/p>\n<p>Cosa significa questo per i supervisori? \u00c8 necessaria una nuova immagine di s\u00e9. I capi devono essere in grado di incoraggiare i dipendenti ad assumersi la responsabilit\u00e0 e a prendere decisioni per conto proprio. I prerequisiti per questo sono il coraggio e la fiducia. Perch\u00e9 in certe circostanze, i dipendenti possono decidere diversamente o addirittura meglio di quanto si sarebbe deciso da soli.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L'analogico prima del digitale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Oltre alla giusta composizione del team e alla direzione comune, la ricetta della cultura della performance dipende da un terzo ingrediente: un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e ispirante. Un luogo dove le persone si divertono, si sentono a loro agio e possono lavorare bene insieme.<\/p>\n<p>Particolare attenzione dovrebbe essere prestata all'aptica: penne, lavagne, post-it e altri materiali dovrebbero essere sempre a portata di mano. Lavorare con loro \u00e8 pi\u00f9 adatto per sviluppare ulteriormente le idee e i prodotti di pensiero, perch\u00e9 guardare lo schermo troppo spesso tenta le persone nella passivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Insieme invece che l'uno contro l'altro<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il secondo fattore di successo per un ambiente di lavoro stimolante \u00e8 una cultura della comunicazione aperta. Qui, ogni membro del team si sente in grado di esprimersi e non c'\u00e8 paura di dire qualcosa di \"stupido\". I dipendenti trattano tra loro in modo amichevole e aperto. Questo non \u00e8 un \"corso di coccole\", perch\u00e9 il \"cosa\" \u00e8 negoziato duramente, ma il \"come\" \u00e8 dato grande attenzione.
