Con 8.877 start-up, la societ\u00e0 a responsabilit\u00e0 limitata (GmbH) \u00e8 la forma giuridica pi\u00f9 popolare per iniziare la propria attivit\u00e0. La GmbH ha addirittura 4% di formazioni societarie in pi\u00f9 rispetto al record del primo semestre 2018, seguita dalla ditta individuale con 7.565 formazioni (+4%), la societ\u00e0 anonima (AG) con 4.256 registrazioni (-4%) e la societ\u00e0 in nome collettivo (KlG) con 709 nuove registrazioni (+4%). L'analisi dell'Istituto per le giovani imprese IFJ mostra che 93% di tutte le formazioni di GmbH sono fondate con il minimo legale di 20.000 CHF di capitale sociale, e 85% delle AG sono registrate con il minimo di 100.000 CHF di capitale sociale. Il pi\u00f9 alto capitale sociale registrato di una AG nella prima met\u00e0 del 2019 \u00e8 un orgoglioso 425 milioni di franchi; per la GmbH, ci sono quattro registrazioni con pi\u00f9 di un milione di franchi, la pi\u00f9 alta con 1,2 milioni di franchi di capitale sociale.<\/p>\n

18 cantoni sono stati in grado di aumentare i loro valori e solo 8 cantoni hanno avuto perdite. La maggior parte dei cantoni mostra un aumento da leggero a forte del numero di fondazioni rispetto all'anno precedente. I cantoni con perdite percentuali sono Lucerna con -3%, Obvaldo -7%, Uri -15%, Zugo -9%, Appenzello Esterno -11%, Sciaffusa -1% e Ticino con -5%. I cantoni con la pi\u00f9 forte crescita percentuale sono Appenzello Interno (+49% o +19 start-up), Turgovia (+16% o +83 start-up), Glarona (+12% o +10 start-up), Berna (+11% o +194 start-up), Friburgo (+9% o +63 start-up) e Nidvaldo (+9% o +9 start-up). Dal punto di vista delle grandi regioni, l'Espace Mittelland (+8%), la Svizzera orientale (+5%) e Zurigo (+4%) in particolare hanno posto accenti positivi.<\/p>\n
