I German Stevie Awards sono un premio aziendale di alto livello per il mondo delle imprese europee di lingua tedesca, che premia i risultati di eccellenza in oltre 200 categorie diverse<\/a> premi. Fanno parte degli Stevie\u00ae Awards, che tra l'altro ospitano i rinomati International Business Awards\u00ae e ricevono ogni anno pi\u00f9 di 12.000 candidature da oltre 70 Paesi in sette programmi di concorso. Gli Stevie Awards tedeschi sono stati lanciati nel 2014. I promotori avevano gi\u00e0 scelto deliberatamente il nome \"German Stevie Awards\" perch\u00e9 volevano segnalare che gli Stevies sono pi\u00f9 di un semplice premio nazionale.<\/p>\n

Aperto a tutta la regione di lingua tedesca<\/h2>\n

Secondo gli Stevie Awards tedeschi, la posta in gioco \u00e8 niente di pi\u00f9 e niente di meno che la Champions League del business nell'Europa di lingua tedesca. Gallagher vede grandi possibilit\u00e0 per i partecipanti svizzeri ai premi, dopo tutto provengono da una delle economie pi\u00f9 stabili del mondo. \"Sono entusiasta delle candidature provenienti dalla Svizzera, che vanta attori di spicco soprattutto nel settore dei servizi con le sue societ\u00e0 commerciali e finanziarie, ma brilla anche nel turismo e nell'industria, ad esempio nel settore chimico e farmaceutico, nella produzione di orologi e strumenti di precisione, nell'ingegneria meccanica e nell'alimentazione.\"<\/p>\n

Le aziende svizzere trarrebbero molti vantaggi dalla vittoria di uno Stevie Award. Si va da una maggiore attenzione da parte dei media e del pubblico internazionale a effetti positivi di employer branding fino a nuove opportunit\u00e0 di networking e di acquisizione. Candidandosi, le aziende dimostrano di riconoscere i risultati ottenuti dai propri dipendenti. Inoltre, i candidati beneficiano del feedback qualificato della giuria sulle loro candidature. Questi commenti forniscono informazioni sui punti di forza e di debolezza della domanda e\/o dell'azienda. E poich\u00e9 le cerimonie di premiazione sono trasmesse in diretta streaming, i vincitori degli Stevie ricevono un'attenzione internazionale solo grazie alla trasmissione. Il termine di presentazione inizia l'11 settembre 2019<\/h2>\n

Tutte le aziende e le organizzazioni possono presentare gratuitamente il numero di candidature che desiderano, ovviamente in inglese. La fase di candidatura della sesta edizione dei German Stevie Awards inizier\u00e0 l'11 settembre 2019. Tutti coloro che presenteranno la propria candidatura entro il primo termine di iscrizione, il 4 dicembre 2019, beneficeranno di uno sconto di 25 euro sulla tassa di premiazione per ogni candidatura accolta. Diverse giurie determineranno poi i vincitori dei premi d'oro, d'argento e di bronzo, che saranno premiati con i loro trofei durante la cerimonia di premiazione dell'8 maggio 2020. Ogni vincitore ricever\u00e0 un trofeo in base al suo livello di vittoria: oro, argento o bronzo. Per il Premi internazionali d'impresa\u00ae 2019<\/a> le due aziende svizzere DHL Express, con sede a Muttenz, e Swisscard AECS, con sede a Horgen, hanno vinto due Stevie Awards ciascuna.<\/p>\n
