(Immagine simbolo: unsplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'obiettivo del sondaggio HR era di fare il punto sull'uso e l'applicazione attuale delle analisi HR e delle soluzioni software in ambito HR nella regione dell'ombrello, che \u00e8 in ritardo rispetto ad altri mercati europei. L'indagine analizza gli obiettivi e le sfide delle aziende nel contesto della digitalizzazione fino all'anno 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, lo studio mappa l'uso attuale dell'analitica HR nella pratica aziendale. A questo scopo, sono stati intervistati 133 top manager e responsabili delle risorse umane in aziende, principalmente della regione DACH, come parte dello studio. Interviste approfondite con i responsabili delle risorse umane di cinque grandi aziende selezionate completano lo studio.<\/p>\n<p>I risultati pi\u00f9 importanti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le soluzioni IT adeguate alle risorse umane sono ancora una rarit\u00e0 nella gestione dei talenti.<\/li>\n<li>La maggior parte delle aziende intervistate si \u00e8 posta l'obiettivo di aumentare l'efficienza della propria amministrazione delle risorse umane entro il 2025. In generale, l'ottimizzazione dei processi \u00e8 un tema importante che sta gi\u00e0 avendo un impatto su molte funzioni HR. La digitalizzazione \u00e8 chiaramente intesa come una leva in questo contesto.<\/li>\n<li>Tra le soluzioni software, il software di apprendimento \u00e8 attualmente il pi\u00f9 popolare: un'azienda su due vuole usarlo per rafforzare la formazione interna all'azienda. Seguono le funzioni di reporting e le app self-service.<\/li>\n<li>La maggioranza delle aziende intervistate crede che l'HR analytics abbia un grande potenziale per il futuro: in due terzi delle aziende, gli strumenti di HR analytics avranno un ruolo significativo come strumento HR entro il 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Come lo studio precedente del 2018, l'indagine attuale mostra anche che solo una minoranza di aziende utilizza soluzioni IT speciali per il lavoro delle risorse umane nella gestione dei talenti. Un'azienda su quattro ammette di non utilizzare alcuna soluzione IT per la propria gestione dei talenti. Quattro aziende su dieci gestiscono i propri talenti con l'aiuto di software standard come Excel.<\/p>\n<p>Ben un'azienda su quattro utilizza un'installazione interna di un sistema di gestione delle risorse umane o una soluzione on-premise. Solo un'azienda su cinque usa il Software as a Service (SaaS). Questo solleva la questione di come professionisti altamente qualificati possano essere efficacemente indirizzati, mantenuti e promossi senza una soluzione IT sufficiente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sfide per lo sviluppo del personale e percorsi di carriera<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oltre a questi aspetti tecnologici, i decisori intervistati nominano anche le sfide direttamente legate allo sviluppo delle risorse umane. Per circa un terzo delle aziende, \u00e8 una sfida accompagnare il proprio personale nella trasformazione digitale. L'ulteriore sviluppo dei dipendenti \u00e8 anche una questione centrale per il 29%. Un altro 23% lo vede come un compito importante per introdurre i cambiamenti culturali necessari nel corso della trasformazione digitale. Inoltre, una mentalit\u00e0 completamente nuova deve essere ancorata nelle organizzazioni.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Grotherr, Area VP DACH &amp; East Europe di Cornerstone OnDemand, sui risultati: \"Lo studio mostra che la trasformazione digitale non \u00e8 ancora penetrata in molti reparti HR.
