Entrambe le aziende sono attualmente nel processo di implementazione e cambiamento della strategia.<\/p>\n<p>Tali progetti di cambiamento e sviluppo sono complessi. Ma la complessit\u00e0 \u00e8 gestibile. Il successo dipende in gran parte da interventi sistemici. Questi accelerano e ancorano l'implementazione in tutta l'organizzazione.<\/p>\n<p>Ci concentriamo sui 3 impegni. Nel dizionario, l'impegno \u00e8 definito come segue: Attivit\u00e0, sforzo, partecipazione, attaccamento, zelo, impegno, energia, dedizione, sforzo, coinvolgimento, partecipazione, attaccamento, obbligo. Ti fa gonfiare il cuore, vero?<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Impegno nell'organizzazione e nella causa: \"Sono entusiasta\".<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si portano visioni profondamente sentite. Se il significato dell'attivit\u00e0 e dell'impresa \u00e8 stato compreso emotivamente, si liberano enormi forze di cambiamento. Ma questo non pu\u00f2 essere decretato dall'alto. L'entusiasmo nasce dall'essere interessati a qualcosa che ha un beneficio ed \u00e8 accompagnato da buoni sentimenti. Se riusciamo a risvegliare l'entusiasmo nei nostri collaboratori, essi svilupperanno il desiderio di imparare. Abbiamo bisogno di interazione comunicativa e dialogica, di dibattiti e digressioni per creare una cultura aperta di discussione. Rafforziamo la fiducia, la corresponsabilit\u00e0 e la responsabilit\u00e0 personale, il che \u00e8 enormemente importante per utilizzare la complessit\u00e0 come un'opportunit\u00e0 e non incorrere in un vicolo cieco quando si \u00e8 sopraffatti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. impegno per la propria crescita: \"apprendimento permanente\".<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ci\u00f2 significa che ognuno si impegna a sviluppare costantemente la propria personalit\u00e0 e a dispiegare il pi\u00f9 possibile il proprio potenziale. Ognuno impara con la sua situazione e cresce da essa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. impegno verso i colleghi: \"I miei colleghi hanno successo\".<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Questo \u00e8 il test acido, perch\u00e9 le buone relazioni si rafforzano e promuovono significativamente il progetto di cambiamento. Lo spirito di squadra viene dalla co-creazione. Ognuno si impegna per il successo dell'altro, si conoscono punti di vista e prospettive, si costruiscono ponti e si abbattono muri. Da EGO a ECOSistema. Impariamo a sviluppare il nostro pieno potenziale solo quando siamo in relazioni che sono significative per noi. E poi imparare in squadra significa prima di tutto ascoltare e capire gli altri. Se riusciamo a creare un luogo sicuro, senza dominanza, dove tutti contribuiscono con fiducia e accolgono l'inaspettato, allora il nuovo emerger\u00e0 quasi da solo.
