Sembra allettante. Il ritiro aziendale lo rende possibile. Ben noto dagli Stati Uniti e considerato buono dai leader del settore come Buffer, aziende svizzere come Ofri e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.renuo.ch\/de\">Renuo<\/a> a.<\/p>\n<h2>Focus dell'azienda Ritiro a seconda dell'azienda<\/h2>\n<p>\"Nel nostro ritiro aziendale, pianifichiamo lo sviluppo del prodotto per i prossimi sei mesi e ci dedichiamo ad argomenti che non ricevono l'attenzione che meritano nel frenetico lavoro quotidiano\", spiega Benny Hertach, amministratore delegato di Ofri. Da tre anni conduce ritiri aziendali con la sua squadra. Un calendario e degli obiettivi predefiniti aiutano a garantire che la squadra non perda la concentrazione.<\/p>\n<p>Samuel Steiner, amministratore delegato di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.renuo.ch\/de\">Renuo AG<\/a>, il ritiro aziendale della sua agenzia IT: \"Ho messo l'accento sulla formazione continua e sull'ispirazione\". Lo scopo della settimana \u00e8 che i membri della squadra imparino l'uno dall'altro. Ogni dipendente prepara un blocco di apprendimento per i suoi colleghi.<\/p>\n<h2>Aumentare l'identificazione con l'azienda<\/h2>\n<p>Due anni fa, il team Ofri ha sviluppato i valori aziendali durante il ritiro aziendale a Lisbona. \"Il fatto che li abbiamo definiti insieme in un momento tranquillo vale il suo peso in oro\", spiega Hertach. Steiner aggiunge: \"Ho osservato come il ritiro aziendale aumenta la motivazione e migliora l'identificazione dell'azienda\".<\/p>\n<h2>Il ritiro aziendale promuove un senso di unione<\/h2>\n<p>Gli amministratori delegati di Ofri e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.renuo.ch\/de\">Renuo<\/a> affittano un grande Airbnb per i loro ritiri aziendali. \"Questo porta naturalmente a conversazioni informali che rafforzano il sentimento di unione\", spiega Steiner. Ma entrambe le aziende pianificano consapevolmente anche le attivit\u00e0 per il tempo libero. \"Raccomando di dedicare abbastanza tempo alle attivit\u00e0 sociali comuni, specialmente per i team remoti\", dice Hertach. Da sei anni guida il suo team in modo indipendente dalla sede. Il lavoro a distanza ha molti vantaggi, ma la mancanza di contatto sociale \u00e8 chiaramente uno svantaggio. \"Bisogna fare attenzione che il rapporto di lavoro non diventi troppo sterile\", ammette Hertach. Per ogni cinque giorni di ritiro della compagnia, pianifica quindi un giorno di svago.
