Come si \u00e8 sviluppato il mercato del sourcing nella regione DACH? Ecco i cinque fatti e le tendenze pi\u00f9 importanti dell'intero anno 2019, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i mercati di Germania, Austria, Svizzera:<\/p>\n

  1. Il mercato del sourcing in DACH si riduce leggermente
    \n<\/strong>In contrasto con il mercato del sourcing in EMEA (Europa, Medio Oriente, Africa), che \u00e8 cresciuto del 10 per cento, il volume totale dei contratti annuali in DACH \u00e8 diminuito dell'1 per cento a 4,7 miliardi di euro nel 2019. Le ragioni sono le incertezze economiche, soprattutto nelle industrie manifatturiere ed energetiche. Nonostante il leggero calo dell'ACV, DACH ha registrato la sua seconda migliore performance annuale finora nel 2019, poich\u00e9 le aziende allineano le loro strategie di servizi gestiti e gli investimenti digitali.<\/li>\n
  2. Crescita superiore alla media nelle soluzioni cloud e as-a-service in DACH
    \n<\/strong>In contrasto con la leggera contrazione del mercato generale, la crescita del volume dei contratti as-a-service in DACH \u00e8 stata la pi\u00f9 forte nel 2019 rispetto agli altri principali mercati europei. \u00c8 aumentato del 22% a 1,8 miliardi di euro nel 2019. L'as-as-service comprende ora il 38% del mercato totale. I tassi di crescita del 22% ciascuno per entrambi i Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) e Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) mostrano che le aziende continuano a muoversi verso ambienti ibridi e multi-cloud.<\/li>\n
  3. In tutta Europa, il mercato dell'outsourcing \u00e8 cresciuto del 10% nel 2019
    \n<\/strong>In tutta l'EMEA, il valore dei contratti di outsourcing \u00e8 aumentato del 10% nel 2019, poich\u00e9 le aziende si sono concentrate sulla riduzione dei costi e sugli investimenti in soluzioni digitali di fronte all'incertezza economica. L'ACV totale dei contratti as-a-service e dei servizi gestiti in EMEA ha raggiunto 17,1 miliardi di euro nel 2019 - alimentato da una seconda met\u00e0 dell'anno straordinariamente forte. I volumi dei contratti dei servizi gestiti sono cresciuti dell'8% rispetto all'anno precedente, fino a 10,7 miliardi di euro. I valori As-a-Service hanno raggiunto un nuovo record di 6,4 miliardi di euro, in crescita del 13%. L'anno scorso l'As-a-Service ha rappresentato il 37% del mercato in EMEA.<\/li>\n
  4. Valori record in Gran Bretagna nonostante la Brexit
    \n<\/strong>Il volume totale del mercato nel Regno Unito e in Irlanda \u00e8 aumentato del 13% nel 2019 fino a 5,5 miliardi di euro. Questa \u00e8 la cifra annuale pi\u00f9 alta dal 2012. Nonostante l'incertezza in corso a causa della Brexit, le aziende si stanno concentrando su maggiori investimenti IT e si stanno concentrando sulla trasformazione digitale e sull'uso della tecnologia per aumentare la loro produttivit\u00e0 e migliorare l'esperienza dei loro clienti. Il volume del mercato dei servizi gestiti \u00e8 aumentato del 15% a 3,3 miliardi di euro rispetto al 2018. Il volume del mercato As-a-Service ha superato i 2 miliardi di euro per il secondo anno consecutivo e ora rappresenta il 40% del mercato totale nel Regno Unito e in Irlanda.
