Ringraziare per i successi e le buone prestazioni ha un effetto positivo sull'atmosfera e sulla motivazione del team. Secondo lo studio sul mercato del lavoro di Robert Half, tutti i manager intervistati si impegnano attivamente per creare una migliore cultura del lavoro. In questo contesto, vengono citati con particolare frequenza la promozione della comunicazione e della collaborazione (47 %), l'offerta di programmi di mentoring, formazione e sviluppo (44 %) e la diffusione dei valori e della missione aziendale (38 %). La suddetta indagine rappresentativa \u00e8 stata condotta nell'ottobre 2019 dall'istituto di ricerche di mercato Rigour Research su 5165 responsabili delle risorse umane in 13 Paesi, tra cui la Svizzera.<\/p>\n

L'attuazione di queste misure auspicate dagli intervistati \u00e8 possibile solo con le relative risorse finanziarie. Se queste mancano o sono gi\u00e0 state esaurite, ci sono anche modi molto semplici e poco costosi con cui i supervisori possono mostrare il loro apprezzamento ai dipendenti, non solo in occasione della Giornata dell'apprezzamento dei dipendenti. Zerrin Azeri, direttore associato di Robert Half, fornisce suggerimenti per un riconoscimento pi\u00f9 aperto:<\/p>\n

  1. Date un feedback positivo. <\/strong>Prendetevi il tempo per elogiare immediatamente. L'effetto si esaurir\u00e0 se mostrerete il vostro apprezzamento solo tre settimane dopo il completamento di un progetto.<\/li>\n
  2. Offrite un pomeriggio libero o un permesso extra. <\/strong>Pi\u00f9 tempo libero \u00e8 molto apprezzato dagli svizzeri. Concedete un pomeriggio libero o un giorno di riposo in pi\u00f9 dopo il successo dei progetti.<\/li>\n
  3. Organizzare piccoli festeggiamenti in ufficio. <\/strong>I successi si festeggiano meglio insieme! Invitate le persone a pranzare insieme o fornite un catering appropriato durante le riunioni.<\/li>\n
  4. Premiate i vostri dipendenti. <\/strong>Nella vostra azienda esistono programmi che premiano i dipendenti? Alla Robert Half, per esempio, i capi possono nominare i dipendenti eccellenti per un programma di premi interni. I vincitori ricevono un bonus finanziario.<\/li>\n
