Lo strumento del lavoro a orario ridotto \u00e8 previsto per le perdite di lavoro economicamente indotte - comprese quelle dovute a misure ufficiali.<\/p>\n<h2>Qual \u00e8 lo scopo del lavoro a orario ridotto?<\/h2>\n<p>Il lavoro a orario ridotto ha lo scopo di evitare che un'impresa debba continuare a impiegare il suo personale in caso di emergenza economica non imputabile al datore di lavoro. La disoccupazione di massa pu\u00f2 quindi essere evitata a medio termine. I dipendenti mantengono cos\u00ec anche la protezione sociale e si evitano le lacune nei contributi ai regimi pensionistici professionali. I datori di lavoro hanno il vantaggio di poter utilizzare il lavoro a orario ridotto per risparmiare sui costi di turnover del personale e garantire la disponibilit\u00e0 dei loro dipendenti.<\/p>\n<h2>Quando si pu\u00f2 richiedere il lavoro ad orario ridotto?<\/h2>\n<p>Se un'azienda deve introdurre il lavoro a orario ridotto, deve notificarlo al cantone almeno 10 giorni prima dell'inizio del lavoro a orario ridotto. A causa degli eventi attuali, questa scadenza \u00e8 stata ridotta a 3 giorni. Il cantone controlla poi la legalit\u00e0 della richiesta.<\/p>\n<h2>Chi pu\u00f2 fare domanda per il lavoro a tempo ridotto?<\/h2>\n<p>La domanda \u00e8 fatta dal datore di lavoro. I dipendenti non devono fare nulla da soli, ma di solito devono firmare una dichiarazione di consenso.<\/p>\n<h2>Quando non si ha diritto all'indennit\u00e0 per lavoro ridotto?<\/h2>\n<p>Il lavoro ad orario ridotto non include le assenze dal lavoro che non sono temporanee. Anche le assenze dal lavoro che fanno parte del normale rischio operativo o che sono necessarie per motivi operativi (come le interruzioni delle operazioni dovute a lavori di riparazione, conversioni, lavori di pulizia o simili). Anche le fluttuazioni stagionali dell'occupazione non sono ammissibili.<\/p>\n<p>I dipendenti temporanei (continuano a ricevere la piena retribuzione) o quelli in un rapporto di lavoro terminato non sono ammissibili. Anche i proprietari, i soci o altre persone con un interesse finanziario nell'azienda non hanno diritto all'indennit\u00e0 per lavoro ridotto.<\/p>\n<h2>Dove si deve riferire?<\/h2>\n<p>I punti di contatto sono gli uffici cantonali competenti che, di regola, sono affiliati alla rispettiva Direzione cantonale dell'economia.<\/p>\n<h2>A quanto ammonta l'indennit\u00e0 di breve durata?<\/h2>\n<p>La compensazione \u00e8 basata sull'ammontare del carico di lavoro ridotto del datore di lavoro. Cos\u00ec, se un lavoro al 100 per cento \u00e8 ridotto al 50 per cento, l'indennit\u00e0 di orario ridotto \u00e8 l'80 per cento del salario perso (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ch.ch\/de\/kurzarbeit\/\">Esempio di calcolo<\/a>). I contributi AVS\/AI\/AI\/IPG continuano ad essere pagati in parti uguali dal datore di lavoro e dal dipendente; il salario assicurato \u00e8 determinante.<\/p>\n<h2>Se si ammala durante un lavoro di breve durata: Quale stipendio paga l'assicurazione d'indennit\u00e0 giornaliera di malattia?<\/h2>\n<p>Se un dipendente si ammala durante il carico di lavoro ridotto, gli assicuratori dell'indennit\u00e0 giornaliera di malattia hanno regolamenti diversi. Nella maggior parte dei casi, i benefici sono basati sul salario ridotto pi\u00f9 l'indennit\u00e0 persa dall'assicurazione di disoccupazione.
