L'intero ricavato delle vendite confluisce in un fondo di aiuto alla gastronomia e viene distribuito in Svizzera attraverso\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jre.eu\/de\/schweiz\">Giovani Ristoratori<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gastrosuisse.ch\/verband\/?no_cache=1\">GastroSuisse<\/a>\u00a0e\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gastroschwyz.ch\/gastroschwyz\/\">GastroSchwyz<\/a>\u00a0e donato al settore della gastronomia in Germania attraverso organizzazioni equivalenti. Un'attenzione particolare \u00e8 rivolta ai giovani ristoratori, perch\u00e9 spesso sono particolarmente colpiti dalla situazione attuale. \"Come commerciante al dettaglio, online e per corrispondenza, fortunatamente non siamo cos\u00ec drammaticamente colpiti dal blocco dovuto alla pandemia di Corona. La gastronomia, che \u00e8 un partner molto importante per il commercio del vino, a maggior ragione. Ecco perch\u00e9 stiamo sostenendo la gastronomia con questo progetto. Essendo una casa commerciale attenta alla tradizione e una delle pi\u00f9 antiche della Svizzera, questo \u00e8 per noi una preoccupazione particolare\", commenta Nikolas von Haugwitz, presidente della direzione della Schuler St. Jakobskellerei. Sottolinea cos\u00ec la stretta collaborazione con il settore della gastronomia. L'obiettivo \u00e8 di raccogliere un totale di circa 500.000 franchi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aiuta e divertiti<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L'edizione del vino di beneficenza, composta da un vino rosso tipico toscano e maiorchino di prima classe e da una goccia nobile del Vallese, \u00e8 limitata a 30.000 bottiglie. Coloro che vogliono \"Aiutare con una bottiglia.oggi\" possono ordinare il \"loro\" vino di beneficenza in Svizzera e Germania tramite\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/helpwithabottle.today\/\">helpwithabottle.today<\/a>. Il prezzo al dettaglio per una confezione di sei bottiglie \u00e8 di 110 CHF \/ 99 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Con un piccolo aiuto ...<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il progetto ha anche innescato un'ondata di disponibilit\u00e0 tra i partner di implementazione rilevanti per il design, la stampa, il marketing e la comunicazione. Nello spirito della canzone dei Beatles \"With a little help from my friends\", le rispettive aziende forniscono i loro servizi gratuitamente o con uno sconto speciale di beneficenza.<\/p>\n<p>Questa azione di beneficenza \u00e8 stata avviata solo quindici giorni fa da Schuler St. Jakobskellerei e Ses Talaioles, due imprese familiari. Non \u00e8 una coincidenza. Mentre la Schuler St. Jakobskellerei \u00e8 in famiglia da pi\u00f9 di 325 anni e all'undicesima generazione, Ses Talaioles \u00e8 ancora una giovane azienda familiare.
