Avendo gi\u00e0 ottenuto il secondo posto nel 2017, CSP, una societ\u00e0 di consulenza specializzata in progetti informatici e organizzativi, \u00e8 molto soddisfatta di questo risultato. I continui investimenti e miglioramenti nell'ambito della cultura del lavoro, dell'attrattiva e della soddisfazione dei dipendenti hanno portato a questo risultato di punta, riferisce la PMI con sedi a San Gallo, Zurigo e Berna.<\/p>\n

Great Place to Work nella categoria \"Best Workplaces Small\".<\/h2>\n

I nostri valori sono sempre stati orientati in questo senso, poich\u00e9 l'orientamento alla performance, l'autoresponsabilit\u00e0, il riconoscimento, l'interazione apprezzativa, l'alta flessibilit\u00e0 del lavoro e il divertimento sul lavoro sono i pilastri della nostra cultura.
