Se un'azienda coltiva il feedback dal basso, questo dice molto sul clima interno. Perch\u00e9 solo i dipendenti che non devono temere alcuno svantaggio per la loro apertura danno un feedback onesto verso l'alto. L'onda del successo di un'interazione aperta e rispettosa e di una cultura di leadership orientata ai risultati, in cui i dipendenti si sentono valorizzati, non solo render\u00e0 i circoli interni attraverso una maggiore produttivit\u00e0 e disponibilit\u00e0 al cambiamento, cos\u00ec come bassi tassi di abbandono. Si vedr\u00e0 anche come i dipendenti valutano la loro azienda in pubblico e se la raccomandano a candidati interessati della loro cerchia di conoscenti e amici.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Flessibilit\u00e0<\/strong><br \/>\nUna grande ondata, che ha anche un impatto esterno, si crea quando gli orari di lavoro basati sulla fiducia, l'home office e l'equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata non sono solo vuote parole d'ordine, ma vengono messi in pratica attraverso offerte concrete. Questo significa anche che le preoccupazioni professionali e private possono essere conciliate. Matrix42, per esempio, ha aderito alla Carta dell'Assia su cura e lavoro nel 2015. Ogni domanda dovrebbe anche essere presa seriamente e rispondere. Ultimo ma non meno importante, un processo di reclutamento veloce \u00e8 un vantaggio se un'azienda vuole guadagnarsi il rispetto dei candidati. Matrix42 ha ricevuto pi\u00f9 di 1000 domande nel 2015. Sono stati assunti 89 nuovi dipendenti. Ci sono volute in media quattro settimane per essere assunti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) L'onda individuale<\/strong><br \/>\nOgni dipendente ha aspettative diverse nei confronti della sua azienda. Ci\u00f2 che molti hanno in comune \u00e8 che vogliono lavorare in un ambiente in cui possono svilupparsi, in cui \u00e8 possibile lavorare insieme attraverso team, dipartimenti e paesi. Altri danno importanza alle attrezzature tecniche pi\u00f9 recenti, altri ancora alle misure nel campo della salute e della formazione continua. Pi\u00f9 eterogenei sono i dipendenti, pi\u00f9 diverse devono essere le offerte dell'azienda. Quanto pi\u00f9 individualmente i desideri dei dipendenti possono essere soddisfatti, tanto pi\u00f9 ampie saranno le onde del successo dell'azienda.<\/p>\n<p>Le aziende che vedono il lavoro delle risorse umane come un eterno movimento ondulatorio hanno un approccio flessibile allo sviluppo e al miglioramento continuo e noteranno rapidamente i benefici della corrente di ritorno.
