\"Lockdown e home office hanno portato a un cambiamento duraturo e permanente nella nostra vita quotidiana di lavoro\", dice Markus Grutzeck, presidente di Contact Center Network e.V. (CCN) alla presentazione dei risultati di uno studio condotto tra i dirigenti tedeschi nel maggio 2020. Il risultato pi\u00f9 importante: i viaggi d'affari si riducono significativamente anche a lungo termine. Questo ha conseguenze per gli appuntamenti di vendita cos\u00ec come per le fiere e i congressi.<\/p>\n

Di persona o online - Come lo tieni a Corona?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Quasi il 70 per cento dei dirigenti intervistati delle aziende tedesche vuole ridurre i propri spostamenti, solo il 32 per cento vuole usare il trasporto pubblico in futuro. D'altra parte, il 52% degli intervistati ha detto che userebbe di pi\u00f9 la propria auto. Il risultato \u00e8 chiaro anche quando si tratta della questione degli eventi: il 67% degli intervistati prevede di partecipare a eventi online, webinar o fiere virtuali. Solo un terzo degli intervistati prevede di partecipare a eventi faccia a faccia organizzati da associazioni o fiere di settore. Questa \u00e8 una delle ragioni per cui il CCN ha recentemente annunciato la sua intenzione di sviluppare un proprio formato di evento digitale a prova di futuro.<\/p>\n

Pessimismo per la distribuzione<\/h2>\n

Anche la valutazione degli appuntamenti di vendita \u00e8 molto chiara: Solo il 14% degli intervistati suppone che la propria forza vendita torner\u00e0 alle normali attivit\u00e0 di viaggio dopo la crisi di Corona. Secondo le loro stesse informazioni, un'azienda su dieci vuole fare completamente a meno dei viaggi di vendita in futuro, la met\u00e0 degli intervistati ridurr\u00e0 almeno i viaggi.<\/p>\n

I risultati sono simili per le riunioni interne e le conferenze. Il 57% degli intervistati mira a ridurre le riunioni faccia a faccia. Tuttavia, lo scambio personale \u00e8 importante. Solo il 10% degli intervistati pu\u00f2 immaginare di tenere riunioni esclusivamente online in futuro. Il futuro porter\u00e0 probabilmente una cultura delle riunioni ibrida - con un mix di riunioni online e faccia a faccia.<\/p>\n

Spinta involontaria alla digitalizzazione<\/h2>\n
