Dopo una carriera di oltre 30 anni alla Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank - tra cui dodici anni come membro della direzione generale - Christoph Weber (61) ha deciso di cedere il suo incarico il 1\u00b0 maggio 2021. Vorrebbe poi dedicarsi a nuovi progetti al di fuori della banca. Nell'ambito della pianificazione a lungo termine del personale, il Consiglio di banca della Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank ha nominato Florence Schnydrig (48) nuovo responsabile della divisione Private Banking e membro della Direzione generale a partire dal 1\u00b0 maggio 2021. Attualmente \u00e8 CEO del fornitore di carte di credito Swisscard AECS GmbH. Christoph Weber rimarr\u00e0 nella sua posizione fino al 30 aprile 2021 per assicurare un'agevole transizione di leadership con il suo successore. Florence Schnydrig ha lavorato presso il Credit Suisse dal 2000 in varie funzioni nell'ambiente del private banking, anche a Zurigo, in Australia e a Hong Kong. Dal 2018, \u00e8 CEO di Swisscard AECS GmbH a Horgen, una societ\u00e0 di propriet\u00e0 di Credit Suisse e American Express, con circa 700 dipendenti. In precedenza, in qualit\u00e0 di Head of Products, Investments & Marketing, \u00e8 stata responsabile dello sviluppo e del marketing dei prodotti del Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. e ha ricoperto responsabilit\u00e0 interdivisionali all'interno del Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. in qualit\u00e0 di membro della Direzione. Florence Schnydrig ha studiato matematica al Politecnico federale di Losanna (EPFL).
