Lo dimostra l'attuale Rapporto sull'organizzazione futura dell'Istituto dei sistemi informativi dell'Universit\u00e0 di San Gallo e della societ\u00e0 di consulenza manageriale Campana &amp; Schott. Lo studio esamina l'agilit\u00e0 nelle aziende che dichiarano di lavorare gi\u00e0 in modo agile. Nelle aziende con un livello di agilit\u00e0 molto elevato, il 21,1% degli intervistati ritiene che il proprio ambiente aziendale sia pi\u00f9 prevedibile. I dipendenti delle aziende agili si sono quindi sentiti pi\u00f9 preparati alla crisi e sono stati in grado di gestire pi\u00f9 rapidamente la transizione al lavoro a distanza.<\/p>\n<h2>L'agilit\u00e0 delle aziende \u00e8 aumentata<\/h2>\n<p>\"Il Future Organisation Report 2020 dimostra ancora una volta che i rapidi cambiamenti possono essere gestiti meglio grazie a un'elevata agilit\u00e0\", spiega Anna Adler, direttore dello sviluppo aziendale di Campana &amp; Schott ed editore dello studio. \"Si tratta di un passo importante verso un'organizzazione resiliente, in grado di affrontare pi\u00f9 facilmente le nuove situazioni. Sempre pi\u00f9 aziende dei Paesi di lingua tedesca lo hanno riconosciuto\". Pertanto, l'agilit\u00e0 percepita dalle aziende aumenta dal valore medio di 4,7 dello scorso anno a 5,5 (su una scala da 1 a 7). Le aziende non vedono pi\u00f9 l'agilit\u00e0 solo come una tendenza, ma come una base per il loro sviluppo futuro. Il 40,9% degli intervistati percepisce l'agilit\u00e0 nella propria azienda come fortemente pronunciata, rispetto al 27,5% dell'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<h2>Mentalit\u00e0 agile gi\u00e0 ampiamente radicata<\/h2>\n<p>L'aumento dell'agilit\u00e0 si manifesta con una spiccata mentalit\u00e0 agile, che il 71,5% dei partecipanti gi\u00e0 possiede. Gli intervistati ritengono di essere prevalentemente agili. Hanno anche il coraggio di affrontare nuovi compiti di cui non conoscono tutti i requisiti fin dall'inizio (85%). Si sentono a proprio agio con il cambiamento, le nuove idee e le nuove tecnologie (83%) e si considerano flessibili di fronte ai rapidi cambiamenti (74%). Inoltre, l'86,3% degli intervistati afferma che il proprio lavoro ha un significato per loro (Scopo). (Grafico: Campana &amp; Schott)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>L'orientamento al cliente ha ancora un ampio margine di miglioramento<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un fattore centrale dell'agilit\u00e0 \u00e8 un forte orientamento al cliente. Circa il 70% degli intervistati afferma che la propria azienda esiste principalmente per aiutare i clienti. Due terzi delle aziende determinano la soddisfazione dei clienti in modo regolare e sistematico. Ma c'\u00e8 ancora del potenziale, visto che solo la met\u00e0 degli intervistati riconosce un alto livello di orientamento al cliente in azienda.<\/p>\n<p>Sebbene molti dati sui clienti siano gi\u00e0 disponibili e raccolti regolarmente, le aziende li utilizzano troppo poco. Pur prendendo atto delle informazioni (sensing), difficilmente le traducono in prodotti e servizi nuovi o adattati (responding). Tuttavia, questo feedback rappresenta un vantaggio competitivo decisivo per le aziende se trasmettono la conoscenza dei clienti e delle loro esigenze con processi definiti o sistemi sottostanti.<\/p>\n<h2>Il cliente al centro<\/h2>\n<p>\"Il nostro studio dimostra che la centralit\u00e0 del cliente nelle aziende dei Paesi di lingua tedesca ha ancora margini di miglioramento\", afferma Christian Schmid, co-responsabile dell'area di business Future Organisation di Campana &amp; Schott. \"La vera centralit\u00e0 del cliente comprende non solo il rilevamento, cio\u00e8 la raccolta di informazioni sui clienti, ma anche la risposta. Ci\u00f2 significa lo sviluppo di nuovi processi e offerte con un concreto valore aggiunto per i clienti. Attualmente, questo viene effettuato sistematicamente solo in pochi casi\".<\/p>\n<p>Mentre molte aziende si sono finora concentrate solo sul cliente finale, i pionieri stanno gi\u00e0 guardando alle intere reti di creazione del valore. Tutti gli attori della rete, come i partner commerciali, i produttori o i fornitori di servizi, sono orchestrati intorno al cliente finale.
