Ma in realt\u00e0, c'\u00e8 qualcosa che influisce sulla loro produttivit\u00e0 in modo abbastanza grave e sottile\", dice Garry G\u00fcrtler, Country Manager di Regus Svizzera.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dei circa 40.000 partecipanti al sondaggio, il 37% dice di considerare il pendolarismo inutile e superfluo. Il 27% ha addirittura una profonda avversione per il pendolarismo e lo descrive come una perdita di tempo prezioso. Questo significa che per pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 degli intervistati in tutto il mondo, un pendolarismo pi\u00f9 lungo potrebbe essere sostituito da un tempo di lavoro pi\u00f9 produttivo o da un po' pi\u00f9 di sonno al mattino.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Risultati centrali dello studio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Solo una minoranza (17%) degli intervistati globali considera il pendolarismo un tempo di lavoro utile, mentre la maggioranza lo vede come un peso sul lavoro o sul tempo libero.<\/p>\n<p>Pertanto, le aziende dovrebbero scoraggiare il pendolarismo non necessario e sostenere i loro dipendenti a spendere il tempo risparmiato in qualcosa di pi\u00f9 produttivo o rilassante.<\/p>\n<p>Una piccola minoranza (19 per cento) considera il proprio tragitto verso il lavoro come tempo personale per leggere o aggiornarsi sulle ultime notizie sul proprio smartphone.<\/p>\n<p>Garry G\u00fcrtler, Country Manager della Svizzera per Regus: \"Il pendolarismo al lavoro occupa sempre pi\u00f9 tempo. \u00c8 ancora pi\u00f9 penoso che per la stragrande maggioranza, il tragitto quotidiano per andare in ufficio e tornare a casa \u00e8 un enorme impedimento alla loro produttivit\u00e0 e che non possono usare il tempo necessario per questo per questioni personali o attivit\u00e0 di svago\".<\/p>\n<p>\"Oggi ci si aspetta che i lavoratori di tutto il mondo siano sempre disponibili e connessi. Ma in realt\u00e0, c'\u00e8 qualcosa che influenza la loro produttivit\u00e0 in modo abbastanza forte e sottile - ed \u00e8 il loro pendolarismo quotidiano.
