Da allora, il salario reale per gli addetti alla manutenzione \u00e8 aumentato di circa il 27 per cento, e per gli addetti alle pulizie speciali del 10-16 per cento. Nel 2017, gli addetti alla manutenzione fino all'et\u00e0 di 3 anni riceveranno un salario pi\u00f9 alto.<\/p>\n<p>Gli impiegati con un'esperienza professionale da tre a sei anni ricevono CHF 3'726.45 e quelli con pi\u00f9 di sei anni CHF 3'785.60. Gli impiegati di pulizia speciali guadagnano almeno CHF 4'120.80 (impiegati non qualificati con fino a 4 anni di esperienza professionale), oppure CHF 4'594.- (impiegati con pi\u00f9 di 4 anni di esperienza professionale) e CHF 5'284.05 (24 anni o pi\u00f9 e in possesso di un attestato federale di capacit\u00e0 o 2 anni di esperienza professionale al termine di un attestato federale di capacit\u00e0). Queste cifre di stipendio includono una tredicesima mensilit\u00e0 pro-rata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sviluppo politico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'industria della pulizia degli edifici \u00e8 anche influenzata dalle attuali incertezze per l'economia svizzera a causa dei difficili sviluppi politici e della situazione valutaria in Europa.
