Spesso si girano dall'altra parte quando notano un cambiamento nel comportamento di un dipendente, anche perch\u00e9 non sono sicuri: Sto offendendo troppo il dipendente se gliene parlo? O lo percepisce addirittura come un'intrusione nella sua sfera privata? E: \u00e8 possibile che la situazione peggiori di conseguenza?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>I manager sono corresponsabili<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Rispondere a queste domande non \u00e8 facile per i leader! Perch\u00e9 la loro percezione \u00e8 sempre soggettiva. Tuttavia, \u00e8 loro compito non solo riconoscere i cambiamenti nel comportamento del personale, ma anche reagire adeguatamente. Ci\u00f2 presuppone che il manager sia in contatto regolare con i dipendenti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Come si riconoscono i dipendenti che sono sotto stress psicologico? <\/strong>Le indicazioni di un forte stress psicologico o addirittura di una malattia possono essere:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L'assenteismo \u00e8 in aumento.<\/li>\n<li>Il dipendente reagisce rapidamente in modo irritabile e appare esausto.<\/li>\n<li>Ci vuole pi\u00f9 tempo per completare le attivit\u00e0 quotidiane.<\/li>\n<li>Il dipendente commette pi\u00f9 errori.<\/li>\n<li>Si ritira socialmente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Come reagire ai \"segnali d'allarme\"? <\/strong>Se, in qualit\u00e0 di manager, notate tali cambiamenti in un dipendente, non \u00e8 vostro compito, in quanto profani, fare una diagnosi medica o psicologica. Tuttavia, non bisogna ignorare la situazione, ma affrontarla. Il timore di peggiorare la situazione \u00e8 di solito infondato, a patto che dietro il vostro approccio ci sia un genuino interesse personale per il benessere della persona. Allora la persona interessata vivr\u00e0 il vostro attivarsi come un'espressione di apprezzamento personale e un'offerta di sostegno, se necessario.<\/p>\n<p>Prima si riconoscono e si contrastano il sovraccarico mentale e le malattie in via di sviluppo, meglio \u00e8 per il team. Perch\u00e9 anche il vostro team soffre quando un collega soffre.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Come procedere? 4 passi!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>Fase 1: percepire il cambiamento<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c8 necessario un contatto regolare con il personale per identificare i cambiamenti.<\/li>\n<li>Non parlate dei cambiamenti (comportamentali) in corso di un dipendente con i colleghi alle sue spalle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Fase 2: affrontare le osservazioni<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cercate un colloquio individuale con il dipendente.<\/li>\n<li>Affrontate le vostre osservazioni in situazioni concrete.<\/li>\n<li>Evitare le proprie interpretazioni e i propri giudizi sulla situazione.<\/li>\n<li>Se il membro del personale non condivide le vostre osservazioni, non obbligatelo a farlo.<\/li>\n<li>Offrirgli sostegno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Fase 3: Prendere l'iniziativa per il cambiamento<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chiedete al dipendente se e, in caso affermativo, quale sostegno vorrebbe da voi, dai colleghi, dall'azienda.<\/li>\n<li>Assicurategli il vostro sostegno. Se necessario, concordate con lui\/lei misure concrete.<\/li>\n<li>Se le vostre osservazioni non cambiano dopo il colloquio, parlate di nuovo con il dipendente e discutete del suo comportamento.<\/li>\n<li>Insieme a lui\/lei, illuminate le risorse operative e, se possibile, anche quelle private per un cambiamento positivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Fase 4: esercitare la leadership<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se diversi colloqui con il collaboratore non portano a un miglioramento, dovreste passare alla formulazione delle vostre aspettative (ad esempio, adottando misure di sostegno).<\/li>\n<li>Coinvolgere gli aiutanti (non) dell'azienda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Riconoscere precocemente i dipendenti psicologicamente stressati: La comunicazione aiuta<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Una comunicazione aperta e tempestiva su come ripristinare il benessere e la capacit\u00e0 lavorativa di un dipendente aumenta le probabilit\u00e0 di trovare una soluzione valida per tutte le parti coinvolte. Quindi, come manager, dovreste essere proattivi.
