(Immagine: Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Durante la pandemia di Corona, i dirigenti d'azienda sono ancora una volta pi\u00f9 richiesti come leader. In questo contesto, l'aumento della domanda di leadership deriva principalmente da due fattori: il grado in parte elevato di insicurezza tra i dipendenti e il fatto che in molte aziende una gran parte dei dipendenti attualmente deve essere gestita a distanza perch\u00e9 lavorano in gran parte in home office. Questo \u00e8 almeno quello che suggerisce l'attuale Barometro delle tendenze della leadership dell'Istituto per i manager nell'era digitale (IFIDZ) di Francoforte.<\/p>\n<h2>Il Leadership Trendbarometer identifica le sfide chiave<\/h2>\n<p>Nel sondaggio online su cui si basa il barometro delle tendenze, l'IFIDZ ha voluto sapere dai manager partecipanti quali sono le maggiori sfide per loro ai tempi di Corona nell'area della gestione del personale e della comunicazione. Erano possibili al massimo tre risposte. Tra le prime quattro voci del sondaggio ce ne sono due che, secondo la fondatrice e direttrice dell'IFIDZ Barbara Liebermeister, sono \"strettamente legate alla profonda insicurezza che molti dipendenti stanno attualmente provando\".<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-7432\" src=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Leadership-Trendbarometer-Fuehrung-erlebt-in-der-Corona-Krise-eine-Renaissance-2_Organisator.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"492\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Leadership-Trendbarometer-Fuehrung-erlebt-in-der-Corona-Krise-eine-Renaissance-2_Organisator.jpg 680w, https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Leadership-Trendbarometer-Fuehrung-erlebt-in-der-Corona-Krise-eine-Renaissance-2_Organisator-16x12.jpg 16w, https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Leadership-Trendbarometer-Fuehrung-erlebt-in-der-Corona-Krise-eine-Renaissance-2_Organisator-242x175.jpg 242w, https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Leadership-Trendbarometer-Fuehrung-erlebt-in-der-Corona-Krise-eine-Renaissance-2_Organisator-484x350.jpg 484w, https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Leadership-Trendbarometer-Fuehrung-erlebt-in-der-Corona-Krise-eine-Renaissance-2_Organisator-300x217.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Quasi tre quarti dei 127 manager intervistati (73%) hanno detto che una sfida chiave che devono affrontare \u00e8 \"dare ai dipendenti l'orientamento e il supporto necessari\"; inoltre, il 55% ha nominato \"dedicare tempo sufficiente ai dipendenti e alle loro domande\" come una delle loro maggiori sfide. Anche tra le prime 4 maggiori sfide c'erano due voci che sono strettamente legate all'attuale crescente bisogno di guidare i dipendenti a distanza. Quasi due terzi dei manager intervistati (65%) hanno indicato il \"mantenimento della relazione con i dipendenti nell'ufficio di casa\" come una delle loro pi\u00f9 grandi sfide al momento, e pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 (51%) ha generalmente indicato il compito di \"gestire i dipendenti a distanza o in remoto\".<\/p>\n<h2>Mantenere lo spirito di squadra<\/h2>\n<p>Oltre a mantenere il rapporto con i singoli dipendenti, i manager sembrano avere sempre pi\u00f9 problemi a mantenere lo spirito di squadra nelle condizioni attuali. Almeno il 45% di loro ha dichiarato che una delle loro tre maggiori sfide era \"mantenere lo spirito di squadra necessario per le prestazioni\". Tutte le altre sfide menzionate nel sondaggio sembrano giocare un ruolo piuttosto subordinato rispetto a quelle menzionate sopra. Per esempio, si nota che tutte le sfide che sono strettamente legate alla funzione decisionale dei manager sono piuttosto raramente menzionate come un \"cantiere\" centrale. Per esempio, solo il 18% ha sottolineato che una delle loro maggiori sfide era \"adattare gli obiettivi alle mutate condizioni quadro\".<\/p>\n<h2>La leadership \"classica\" vive un rinascimento<\/h2>\n<p>Alla luce dei risultati del sondaggio, si pu\u00f2 parlare di un \"rinascimento della leadership\" nella crisi attuale, secondo Barbara Liebermeister. Inoltre, in retrospettiva, sembra quasi assurdo che fino allo scoppio della pandemia, c'era ancora una vivace discussione sotto parole d'ordine come olocrazia sulla misura in cui la leadership e i manager erano ancora necessari nell'azienda del futuro. Al contrario, IFIDZ ha sempre sottolineato: \"La leadership deve cambiare, ma sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 importante nell'era digitale\".
