\"Le persone dimenticheranno quello che dici e dimenticheranno quello che fai... ma non dimenticheranno mai la sensazione che gli hai dato\": Questo \u00e8 rilevante ogni volta che vuoi far agire gli altri o influenzarli. E questo \u00e8 uno dei vostri compiti principali come leader.<\/p>\n

Innescare il giusto sentimento<\/h2>\n

Puoi parlare quanto vuoi, anche fare le cose giuste e importanti, l'impatto sugli altri sar\u00e0 sempre limitato rispetto a quando scateni certi sentimenti negli altri.<\/p>\n

Esempio: Se gli altri si sentono sicuri con te di dire quello che pensano e di osare cose nuove senza temere commenti sarcastici, proveranno di pi\u00f9. Se le persone sentono un senso di partenza con la prospettiva di nuove esperienze affascinanti, andranno fino in fondo.<\/p>\n

Il pi\u00f9 grande problema con questo \u00e8 spesso che le persone hanno paura che i loro sentimenti possano essere feriti, che la sicurezza fosse solo apparente, che la visione non fosse seria. In altre parole, che i loro sentimenti saranno delusi.<\/p>\n

Usare il potere dei sentimenti<\/h2>\n

Se questo sembra troppo \"morbido\" per la leadership, posso assicurarvi che questi sono esattamente i \"fatti concreti\" che fanno fallire progetti e strategie. Ecco tre brevi idee su come puoi usare il potere dei sentimenti per la tua leadership:<\/p>\n

  1. Il perch\u00e9. Per ogni cambiamento, chiarisci con la tua squadra perch\u00e9 ci si sente meglio quando abbiamo raggiunto i nostri obiettivi o la nostra visione. Cosa c'\u00e8 di diverso per ogni individuo? Perch\u00e9 questo \u00e8 buono e importante?<\/li>\n
  2. Le richieste. Come vuoi pensare e comportarti? Quali sono le richieste che fai a te stesso? Le richieste sono sempre collegate ai sentimenti. Esempi: Vogliamo divertirci in quello che facciamo. Ognuno di noi si assume la piena responsabilit\u00e0 delle conseguenze delle nostre azioni. Ognuno cerca di capire gli altri.<\/li>\n
  3. I successi. La maggior parte delle persone d\u00e0 troppo poco credito ai successi. Perch\u00e9 \u00e8 importante? I successi e i fallimenti scatenano sentimenti. Quindi, il riconoscimento coerente (anche su piccola scala) \u00e8 una leva molto semplice per i buoni sentimenti.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Le emozioni giocano un ruolo importante non solo in questo periodo dell'anno, ma in ogni momento della nostra vita. Con la logica si fa pensare, con le emozioni si fa agire. Usalo nel nuovo anno!<\/p>\n
