Questo \u00e8 dimostrato, tra l'altro, dai JobCloud Market Insights, che sono stati condotti in collaborazione tra JobCloud (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jobs.ch\">lavori.ch<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jobup.ch\">jobup.ch<\/a>) e lo ZHAW sono stati condotti. Questo sondaggio digitale ha rivelato che pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 delle organizzazioni in Svizzera hanno adattato i loro processi di reclutamento a causa delle sfide attuali. \"Le grandi aziende in particolare hanno visto un bisogno di adattamento. Mentre circa la met\u00e0 delle piccole e medie imprese ha detto di aver cambiato i loro processi di reclutamento, questa proporzione \u00e8 quasi tre quarti tra le grandi aziende\", specifica Davide Villa, CEO di JobCloud.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Buono<\/strong> <strong>60% sono passati alle interviste digitali<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le modifiche ai processi di reclutamento sono pi\u00f9 evidenti nei colloqui di lavoro. Nel sondaggio, quasi 60% delle aziende della Svizzera tedesca hanno indicato che il primo colloquio si svolge in modo digitale, mentre nella Svizzera francese la cifra \u00e8 44%. Solo i candidati selezionati sono poi invitati per un colloquio faccia a faccia. Pi\u00f9 di un quarto delle aziende intervistate nella Svizzera francese e una su sei nella Svizzera tedesca fanno addirittura a meno dei colloqui faccia a faccia. \"Poich\u00e9 la Svizzera francese \u00e8 stata particolarmente colpita dalla pandemia, il passaggio alle interviste digitalizzate qui \u00e8 stato tendenzialmente completo\", dice il Prof. Dr. Frank Hannich della ZHAW. La crescente digitalizzazione nel processo di reclutamento si rivela anche nell'aumento dell'uso di test e valutazioni digitali.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>I nuovi processi di reclutamento sono qui per restare - specialmente nelle grandi aziende<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Per molte aziende, i processi di reclutamento cambiati andranno oltre la crisi di Corona. Questo \u00e8 particolarmente vero per le aziende pi\u00f9 grandi: Pi\u00f9 grande \u00e8 l'azienda, pi\u00f9 \u00e8 probabile che voglia utilizzare gli apprendimenti nel processo di reclutamento e mantenere gli adattamenti, anche se non tutti. Solo poche grandi aziende hanno dichiarato di voler tornare al vecchio processo di reclutamento (6%). Per esempio, poco meno di 70% delle aziende intervistate nella Svizzera tedesca hanno dichiarato che il loro budget di reclutamento non \u00e8 cambiato nel corso del 2020. Per le aziende della Svizzera francese, tuttavia, la crisi sembra avere un impatto maggiore sul budget delle assunzioni - qui circa la met\u00e0 voleva fare dei tagli. Le piccole aziende fino a 49 dipendenti e le grandi aziende con pi\u00f9 di 500 dipendenti sono state pi\u00f9 colpite dai tagli di bilancio rispetto alle aziende di medie dimensioni.
