(Immagine: Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'ultima edizione di JobCloud Market Insights mostra che la quota di annunci di lavoro che menzionano l'opzione home office su jobs.ch, che sostiene di essere il portale di lavoro pi\u00f9 popolare della Svizzera tedesca, \u00e8 aumentata di 190% tra marzo 2019 e dicembre 2020. L'analisi su jobup.ch, il pi\u00f9 grande portale di lavoro online della Svizzera francese, mostra che la quota \u00e8 addirittura quasi quadruplicata. \"Anche se la possibilit\u00e0 dell'home office \u00e8 attualmente menzionata solo nel due o tre per cento di tutti gli annunci di lavoro, la crisi di Corona ha comunque dato un forte impulso all'home office. L'importanza dell'home office e di altre forme flessibili di lavoro continuer\u00e0 ad aumentare in futuro\", dice Davide Villa, CEO di JobCloud. La dottoressa Nicoline Scheidegger della ZHAW, che ha fornito il supporto scientifico per l'indagine sulle offerte di lavoro, aggiunge: \"La pandemia ha aiutato le aziende a fare un salto nel futuro digitale. Invece di mesi di processi di cambiamento, sono riusciti a rendere possibile l'home office e persino a gestire i colloqui di lavoro in modo digitale praticamente in una notte. (Grafico: Jobcloud \/ zhaw)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>I lavori nella tecnologia dell'informazione e nei media sono in testa agli uffici domestici<\/h2>\n<p>Naturalmente, gli uffici a domicilio sono offerti principalmente in settori in cui il lavoro da casa \u00e8 facilmente fattibile. L'home office \u00e8 menzionato con particolare frequenza negli annunci di lavoro nei settori IT (7%) e media (4%) nella Svizzera tedesca e nelle associazioni (4%), educazione (3%) e IT (2%) nella Svizzera francese. Tuttavia, \u00e8 degno di nota il fatto che la crescita delle menzioni di home office in Corona Anno 2020 \u00e8 stata significativamente pi\u00f9 alta negli altri settori. \"Gli aumenti mostrano che l'home office si sta sviluppando anche in settori pi\u00f9 tradizionalmente gestiti, come la finanza o le assicurazioni\", continua Villa.<\/p>\n<h2>Una maggiore opzione di ufficio a casa aumenta la disponibilit\u00e0 a un tempo di pendolarismo pi\u00f9 lungo<\/h2>\n<p>Il tragitto verso il lavoro \u00e8 un criterio decisivo quando si cerca un lavoro. Tuttavia, se ai dipendenti viene data pi\u00f9 flessibilit\u00e0, il pendolarismo diventa meno importante e altri criteri diventano decisivi. Questo \u00e8 evidente nella disponibilit\u00e0 dei dipendenti a fare i pendolari. Il sondaggio di JobCloud ha mostrato che il 65% dei dipendenti della Svizzera tedesca e persino il 70% di quelli della Svizzera francese accetterebbero un tragitto pi\u00f9 lungo se, al contrario, avessero pi\u00f9 flessibilit\u00e0 per lavorare da casa. \"Questo porta ad un aumento del mercato del lavoro per i candidati, dato che le offerte di lavoro per un'area pi\u00f9 grande sono considerate.
