Prima della crisi, per noi era molto pi\u00f9 difficile fare qualsiasi progresso, cosa che oggi \u00e8 difficilmente immaginabile.<\/p>\n<p>Anche la famiglia, gli azionisti e gli organi di controllo hanno fatto un grande passo avanti in termini di digitalizzazione. Oggi disponiamo di una \"piattaforma di collaborazione per la governance\" sulla quale tutte le persone interessate hanno un accesso regolamentato e sicuro a tutti i documenti importanti, possono organizzare conferenze telefoniche a prova di intercettazione, firmare documenti e incontrarsi in \"VR lounge\" criptate.<\/p>\n<p>Quando abbiamo contattato i primi fornitori di soluzioni, siamo rimasti colpiti dal livello delle prestazioni tecniche, dalla competenza dei processi e dall'esperienza in materia di rischi. L'implementazione ha portato il nostro lavoro di commissione a un nuovo livello in termini di efficienza, trasparenza e resilienza alle crisi. Con l'ultima AGM siamo riusciti a mettere in funzione il nostro sistema pilota, con un feedback sempre positivo da parte degli utenti. Anche da parte delle generazioni pi\u00f9 anziane.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Investimenti e fonti di finanziamento per una maggiore resilienza<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Per noi \u00e8 stato pi\u00f9 facile investire in questo, perch\u00e9 abbiamo liberato in precedenza una somma considerevole nei budget di fiere, eventi e viaggi, che erano ancora saldamente calcolati nel bilancio prima dell'allontanamento sociale, degli avvisi di viaggio in tutto il mondo e dei divieti di assemblaggio.<\/p>\n<p>Nei prossimi anni ci aspettiamo ulteriori fondi dalla trasformazione di gran parte dei nostri spazi di lavoro in presenza in luoghi di lavoro virtuali. I risparmi che ne derivano in termini di affitti e locazioni rappresentano per noi un'importante fonte di finanziamento per ulteriori investimenti volti a rafforzare la nostra resilienza alle crisi. Oggi siamo tutti un po' pi\u00f9 in sintonia con Andrew Grove e il suo mantra: \"Solo i paranoici sopravvivono\". Per noi oggi non si tratta pi\u00f9 di sapere se ci sar\u00e0 un'altra crisi globale. Si tratta solo di vedere quando una cosa del genere si ripeter\u00e0 in un mondo collegato in rete a livello globale. E allora saremo preparati!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Concentrarsi sulle esigenze dei clienti<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nella virtualizzazione delle nostre sedi globali e nei relativi adeguamenti delle strutture e dei processi, siamo guidati in modo significativo dall'aumento dei requisiti e delle esigenze dei nostri clienti.<\/p>\n<p>Sicurezza, flessibilit\u00e0 e partnership restano al centro dell'attenzione. Va da s\u00e9 che molti dei nostri clienti devono ancora operare in modalit\u00e0 di crisi e non possono sempre agire in modo rapido, diretto e chiaro come siamo abituati a fare noi, ma ricevono sempre da noi i pi\u00f9 alti valori di performance e livelli di servizio.<\/p>\n<p>Lo abbiamo scoperto: Se attraversate la crisi insieme, niente vi separer\u00e0 in fretta!
