Per lui, tuttavia, una delle pi\u00f9 grandi sfide al momento \u00e8 trovare giovani talenti adatti in entrambi i settori. L'associazione sta facendo vari sforzi per trovare giovani adatti alle professioni, ha spiegato Andematten.
