(Immagine: Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Dallo scoppio della pandemia, un anno fa, il tema dell'home office \u00e8 stato sulla bocca di tutti. Nel febbraio 2021, il 52% degli occupati in Svizzera lavorava interamente o parzialmente in un ufficio a domicilio. <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/ch\/how-covid-19-contributes-to-a-long-term-boost-in-remote-working-mm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">durante l'isolamento di un anno fa, era del 50 per cento.<\/a>. Per il 36%, lavorare da casa non \u00e8 possibile in linea di principio. Questo \u00e8 il risultato di un sondaggio rappresentativo condotto dalla societ\u00e0 di revisione e consulenza Deloitte tra il 12 e il 23 febbraio tra circa 2.000 persone in et\u00e0 lavorativa residenti in Svizzera.<\/p>\n<h2>Ritorno in ufficio: s\u00ec, ma non pi\u00f9 tutti i giorni<\/h2>\n<p>Secondo l'indagine Deloitte, la grande maggioranza degli impiegati (88%) non intende trascorrere in futuro tutti i giorni lavorativi in ufficio (cfr. grafico 1). Quasi due terzi (62 %) degli intervistati vogliono lavorare da casa in alcuni giorni della settimana anche dopo la pandemia. Il 26% \u00e8 addirittura favorevole a rimanere completamente nell'ufficio di casa. Il fatto che cos\u00ec pochi vogliano tornare completamente in ufficio dopo la pandemia lo conferma chiaramente\", afferma Reto Savoia, CEO di Deloitte Svizzera. \"Una chiara maggioranza desidera un mix adeguato di lavoro a distanza e presenza in ufficio per il lavoro del futuro e vuole trarre vantaggio da entrambi i modelli di lavoro. Le aziende non possono e non devono chiudere gli occhi di fronte a questa esigenza. La tendenza al lavoro a distanza comporta anche importanti cambiamenti economici e sociali e avr\u00e0, ad esempio, un impatto sui trasporti pubblici, sul mercato immobiliare o sul settore della ristorazione e del commercio al dettaglio. Allo stesso tempo, modelli di lavoro a distanza flessibili e attraenti aprono nuove opportunit\u00e0 per le aziende e il loro personale. Sia che si tratti di un'espansione del raggio di reclutamento o della creazione di nuovi modelli di famiglia\".<\/p>\n<h2>Differenze tra le generazioni<\/h2>\n<p>Quando si parla di preferenze individuali, ci sono anche differenze tra le generazioni: Tra gli under 30, solo il 9% vuole tornare completamente in ufficio; tra gli over 50, il 16% non vuole pi\u00f9 lavorare in un ufficio domestico. Dall'altra parte dello spettro, il quadro \u00e8 simile: il 31% dei giovani vuole lavorare completamente a casa anche dopo la pandemia, mentre tra gli over 50 \u00e8 solo il 22%.<\/p>\n<p>\"Le nuove generazioni vogliono pi\u00f9 flessibilit\u00e0 sul lavoro\", spiega Veronica Melian, Human Capital Leader di Deloitte Svizzera. \"Attirare giovani professionisti di talento rimane una sfida importante per molte aziende. \u00c8 importante che i datori di lavoro comprendano le preferenze e gli stili di lavoro dei loro dipendenti pi\u00f9 giovani e li inseriscano nelle loro aziende in modo mirato e produttivo. Le aziende devono puntare e comunicare modelli di posto di lavoro flessibili per attrarre i giovani talenti di tutto il mondo, che sono geograficamente flessibili e cercano consapevolmente un ambiente di lavoro moderno e orientato al futuro. Si tratta di una sfida strategica fondamentale per molte aziende, visto il peggioramento della carenza di competenze\".<\/p>\n<h2>Pi\u00f9 produttivi nell'ufficio di casa?<\/h2>\n<p>Quasi la met\u00e0 degli intervistati (47%) ha l'impressione di essere pi\u00f9 produttiva nell'ufficio di casa che con i colleghi in ufficio. Solo il 16% ritiene di essere meno produttivo lavorando da casa, mentre per il 37% la produttivit\u00e0 \u00e8 rimasta invariata. Oltre ai problemi di spazio (20%) e alla mancanza di infrastrutture (22%), la mancanza di scambi personali \u00e8 la sfida pi\u00f9 grande per molti degli intervistati (44%). \"Lo scambio personale consapevole continua a svolgere un ruolo importante per molti, anche per la cultura aziendale\", afferma Reto Savoia. \"Le persone vengono in ufficio per scambiare idee, per creare idee insieme: aspetti essenziali dell'innovazione richiedono un'interazione personale e possono essere realizzati al meglio in loco. \u00c8 qui che le aziende hanno grandi opportunit\u00e0 di combinare la necessit\u00e0 di un contatto personale con i clienti e i colleghi e l'uso mirato della digitalizzazione in un pacchetto complessivo attraente che soddisfi al meglio le esigenze dei dipendenti.<\/p>\n<p>\"Le aziende devono prepararsi per il periodo successivo alla chiusura, trovando un buon mix di lavoro a distanza e presenza in ufficio\", continua Savoia. \"Immagino che da un lato i dipendenti lavorino in modo consapevole e concentrato a casa. D'altra parte, quando si tratta di aspetti collaborativi e creativi del lavoro, un ufficio moderno ha pi\u00f9 senso.
